Brandy the manager of this location is an inhuman wretch of a horrible person. I carved out 3 hours of my work day that I needed to pay my rent to come in and donate plasma with a letter that guaranteed me $30 on top of my donation. She responded in a jovial way and informed me that that letter was no longer valid, I then had to explain to her that there was no way that I would know that without coming into donate and which point she was completely unhelpful and seem to be uncaring about the amount of time that I had taken to come in and donate plasma. Time that I could have been working to pay my bills. I then took time to explain to Brandy that it makes no sense for her to keep pointing to a sign in her Lobby to explain that my letter was no longer valid if the letter was sent to my home. She said we don’t have a list of donors that received the letter. I stopped her there to explain how a mass letter Works which is a letter sent to a mass list of recipients, and then asked her why I didn’t receive another letter explaining to me that the previous letter was not valid. She then stared at me blankly and was completely useless as to how to proceed further. She just kept pointing at the sign as though that would make the situation go away, she is not a person who should be leading humans she is someone who should be leading rats because she acts like one. I honestly do not think I could be more frustrated then I am right now I sacrificed a big portion of my day to be lied to and donate plasma under a false pretense that I would be compensated adequately for the time that I was giving up. Do not donate here donate anywhere else because it is very likely that the incentives that you are going in to try to collect do not exist and they are lying to you. I asked Brandy why they lied to me she had no answers again this is not someone who should be running a business Brandy needs to be retrained ideally she needs to be let go. Because she is absolutely heartless, explaining these basics of decency in regards to the promo letter while she stared at me like a dumb spit was infuriating, she was absolutely not willing to help or fix the situation at all and seem to be amused by my situation and distress. Brandy is a bad person.

The staff is nice and the environment is clean. The issue is wait times, it doesn’t matter if it’s busy or not you will be there for 2 hours minimum. If they’re not busy there is only one person doing screening. If they are busy they have two people maybe, so no matter what it’s 40 to 45 minutes to even start the process. The intentional decision to keep this place understaffed comes at the cost of the doners time.

As a first time donor my questions were answered and staff did everything they could to make me feel more comfortable and relaxed. My first donation was super long but I understand that they needed the paperwork and physical exam done for my safety and protocols. I’m expecting future visits to go faster. Love knowing I’m helping others and making some $$ for my family.

The place is always dirty. I saw an empty liquor bottle in the trash can in the lobby. The women’s restroom has no trash can, so random trash is thrown on the floor, it’s always crowded, some people look & smell like they walked out of their homeless camp & straight to CSL. One guy had huge scabs all over both arms, and they still let him donate, I never felt safe here-even inside-surrounded by people, I was stared down in the lobby by one woman. I could go on, but I’m sure that you get the picture by now. I decided to go elsewhere. I can’t stomach ever going back here. They make a lot of money on one bag of plasma. The owner of CSL is extremely wealthy, (I saw the documentary), so why can’t they provide better conditions for us to donate in? No more.

The staff at CSL are very professional and courteous. They address any concerns that a client might have and they will not let a person donate if they are not fit or capable giving plasma. Their facilities are clean and they constantly check the machines for safety. I recommend them to anyone.

I have donated only once so far at CSL, but so far it’s been nothing but positive. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The facility is clean and sterile looking. I would encourage anyone who is interested in donating should come to this facility. Drink lots of water before and after you donate.

Decent staff, they suck at dealing with long lines though. Also had a super rude customer service from some blonde Karen.
