Upon walking in I was greeted nicely. The wait was longer than I had intended. However as a first time Donor, it went very smoothly. The staff was nice and helpful. They made sure I understood everything and to answer any questions if I had them. Being that it was my first time, all went well and smoothly. The medical staff while donating made sure to check on me and helped me when I was feeling overheated and nauseous. Overall pleasant for my first time donating!

My first visit was 08-25-2023. The staff was very professional. Very good care. They made sure that I thoroughly understood the entire process of donation and made sure that I was comfortable. They were very patient with me through my questions which was important to me as this was the first time I have ever donated. I am extremely satisfied with my visit and will be returning.

Experienced helpful staff throughout my first donation and they were clear on the process, what was expected and the risks associated. The overall time it took for new donor screening and setting up account was fairly decent for the multiple steps needed around 30 minutes, physical exam and donation went smoothly but did take around 1 hour which is the expected amount of time for a first time donor. It was a good experience.

Most of the time during my visits my experience was great! The staff is very nice and personable. If you are planning to donate the wait is relatively long, but overtime I found some good times to go that weren’t so bad. I had some minor issues there but nothing major worth noting. Overall a good experience.

Had a solid first visit and enjoyed most of the staff I interacted with. I’ve donated at another CSL and another company as well and I’m glad this has been one of the better locations I’ve been to. The wait is long, but really, none are short. I was set up and asked if I had questions about the process multiple times to check in. Considering that I hadn’t been to CSL in over a year, it was great to have some refreshers.

The wait was long being that it was my first time donating! Overall nice and helpful staff. Donation was overall pleasant besides getting overheated. That being said, the staff were helpful to get me feeling better and made sure to check on me.

I’ve been to all 3 CSL plasmas. I really liked Vancouver, I got used to the people there. Then being in Gresham, the staff wasn’t the best. And the experience was horrible. But coming here it’s amazing. Just down the road from me and the staff is fantastic. Very understanding and they check up on you and joke around with you. Pretty awesome place to bell

I am super frustrated lately, this location advises they are under staffed every time I come in… I am a returning donor and already in the system, they have told me 3 times it takes about 3hrs (it has never taken that long for me) and each time I was told I need to come back no later then 4, and when I do they are short staff and wouldn’t take me… I was pretty frustrated and finally a gentleman decided to help me and moved me through quickly, as it was a quick update to my information that was all the same… the little nurse lady was very rude and stood right outside the room I was in and was telling others she won’t touch me… she doesn’t care she’s not touching me…. This lady has always given me a hard time when I come in… the other medical staff are always pleasant, this lady has only been here a few years and I have been donating on and off for years, and she is always so rude. After the comments I herd her making… I decided to make sure people knew… and hopefully the facility would handle it as well

Clean, well-run and the wait time between vitals check and venipuncture is usually pretty short.
