I decided to donate plasma today, and was pleasantly surprised at how easy the process was. Adriana assisted me with intake and made me feel welcomed and helped ease my nerves. She was fantastic. She even came by to check on me during the drawing.Marisol was the phlebotomist who drew the plasma and she is amazing at her job. I felt no pain or discomfort, and she was very detailed when explaining the process. I would give them 10 stars if that was a thing.

Unbelievable . Never had a problem in medford Oregon. The electricity goes out while I’m giving blood and now I can’t donate for 54 days. I’m going somewhere else. I count on that money for bills and know im screwed.

I’d never donated plasma before but everyone at CSL Citrus Heights was great…receptionists, nurses, checkin staff and phlebotomists were all professional, friendly and helpful. They walked me through each step. I’ve been back twice a week ever since. I get to help people and make some extra money. Win win for everyone! I’ll keep going back.

For my first 30 days I got $ 100/ donation, which may represent a higher need for plasma this summer. The location, machines and staff are all new at the Citrus Heights location, which means the machines are faster than the ones at Octapharma in the South Area and they don’t break down. All the staff I’ve dealt with are lovely, and well trained. No TVs playing movies, like at Octapharma, but you can use your own smart phone to listen to music, watch a movie, or read a book. Generally not crowded, so no long wait times. I highly recommend this location.
