Mostly came to let everyone know they’re terrible at answering the phone. If/when they don’t answer, call corporate and tell them. They’ll make sure they answer.

After the management changed to whatever his name is, this place has become intolerable. Wait times are interminably long since the staff hours have been cut, so personnel are being stretched thin. I see donors walk out the door after seeing the 1- to 2-hour-long line just to get in the chair.

New donors welcome, but only first time donations; 2nd or more are peasants. Booked an appointment for 11:30, came in went to kiosk; said kiosk claims there’s a problem with my profile. The clerk at the desk says the photo came out blurry, you are unable to continue you have to take a new photo. I agreed, waited 20 minutes, had pictures taken; then back to the kiosk since now I’m “late” and at the back of the line. This is my second donation; i will be leaving in an hour if i am not donating by then, i don’t know who has all this time. There is no line for the nurse, this facility just has the absolute most garbage staff, including the “security”. No sunlight was seen today, due to being inside this building. Promo is not worth $100; that’s $20 an hour, BioLife pays less, but it’s literally like 2 hours, not 5.

The morning shift is usually efficient and time-conscious for front end bio tests. However, during my recent visit in the evening shift, there was a noticeable lack of organization and urgency. Despite the long lines, it didn’t seem to be solely caused by donors taking a long time. The front end appeared to be moving at a slow pace while the lines grew, while the back end seemed relatively empty yet more proactive. Disconnects and machine operations were executed swiftly, even with fewer staff compared to the morning shift.

Besides the kind nurse with the glasses, and the Asian lady who was very polite and kind, the customer service here is non existent. They are so bad with communication every person tells me something different. First I had a huge issue with them changing the donation amount on me, then after that was fixed, I experienced more problems. Last week I came to donate and they told me that I need to take a physical. After waiting for over 45 minutes, I finally was able to do a physical. After I did the physical, I noticed that the line was completely full. I told the nurse that I did not have enough time to donate and that I will have to donate another time because I had to go to work. (They threaten to cut you off if you leave early while donating so I didn’t want to start donating and then have to leave early) and she assured me that I would NOT have to do a physical again. So today I came back and what do you know? Yep. They tell me that I have to do a physical AGAIN, and this time I waited more than an HOUR and STILL did not even have a chance to do another physical (that wasn’t even needed in the first place) and no matter how many times I told them, they acted like they could care less. Not one single apology from anyone, no apathy, no understanding, nothing.. To make matters worse, their assistant manager Nisha came and was even more rude the the guy I was talking to before and I tried to explain to her that I already did my physical last week and that the nurse told me I wouldn’t have to do it again and that I drove an hour to come here BOTH times and she did not care to hear anything I had to say and kept talking over me so I stopped talking to hear what she had to say and all she told me was that I was misinformed and that I do actually have to take a physical again because I didn’t donate, and she didn’t take ANY accountability for her staff providing me misinformation, she didn’t apologize, and she clearly showed that she did not care at all that they dropped the ball. She only seemed satisfied in telling me that I have to continue to wait to do another physical for (no reason because I already did one last week) wether I liked it or not. I asked for Roy and she walked away mid sentence and ignored me and did not answer when I asked for her name. Luckily someone else there gave me her name and told me she’s the assistant manager and that she’s really rude to a lot of customers. This place has so much potential to do great things, but unfortunately their lack of knowledge, accountability and professionalism, prevent them from getting better.

My boyfriend went to donate after not going for 6 months and was told he would have to do the sign up process all over again. Was there right when they opened and sat for 30 min without any acknowledgement. Asked how long it would be and was quoted 3 hours. Seems like this is a reoccurring theme at this place, they send out texts with promotions to entice you to come in but they should be focusing on getting more staff.
