Good experience great staff. Not worth it after promotion of $500 for donating 5 times in one month. After that if you donate twice those two dontions combined are $112, I would have stayed here if they were offering more than bio life but bio life is $130 twice a week.

New donors, don’t waste your time here. I’ve tried 4 times to come here to donate and get turned away before they ask for any information. Calling ahead to see if they are currently taking new donors is pointless. I have called and verified each time right before I go that they are still taking new donors, and the answer is never consistent “ we are taking new donors until 5pm” or “4:30pm” and every time I show up before those times, 1 hour or more. I get turned away and their answer is always the same “ we are short staffed”. If you’re short staffed, then why tell me you’re taking new patients and when I ask “ I’ll be there in 20 min, will you still be taking new donors” and tell me yes, only to waste my time. 4 times. Other new donors have experienced the same when they turn us away at the same time. I have given up trying to donate. They need to do better. But new donors, be aware.

I WOULD of given 5 stars because everyone was exceptionally amazing; nurses even the security guard was very helpful; however DEMETRIUS (guy with dreads) is extremely unprofessional! He was not my nurse, but I overheard him complaining to the staff “he wasn’t getting paid for today” which was an odd conversation to overhear.

After reading all of the negative reviews, I said to myself they can’t be talking about CSL Rialto. So I felt I should say something about my experience, I started coming to this facility in May and have nothing but good things to say, the person taking my vitals have always told me if I needed to take in more water or needed more protein/iron or whatever. And everytime I made it to the back never once did I wait more than 5 minutes before a phlebotomist was there to get the process started and not once did I wait more than 5min once the process was over for someone to come remove the needle,thank me, inform me when I would be eligible to donate again and how much I will be receiving. Great place to donate. My only complaint is the pay. . . Increase it to be more competitive with other plasma companies.

I had just called to see if they were still accepting new donors they said yes to stop by as long as I was there before 5pm I got there 3:30 and mind you when I had called it was 3:15 as I walk in I’m told no new donors due to short staffing I’m like what I just called 15 min ago said it was fine they said oh I’m sorry our manager just told us about 10 min ago to stop taking new donors what an inconvenience wasted my gas for nothing asked if I can setup an appointment for next time said no appointments . would be very helpful to take appointments at least for new donors to avoid wasting there time and money very upset such poor communication could’ve at least took me as the last one since I had called and was told to stop by smh .

Never going again! Completely messed up my arm!! Blew my vein , hit a nerve & now my arm shakes when I lift it, on top of the swelling !! I can no longer use my arm to its full ability. It was my first time ever donating plasma and it was the worst experience ever ! I would think twice about hitting up this place. Obvious the ppl they have here don’t know what their doing. The female who did mine , put the needle in , came out with it after going way to deep, then pushed it back in some more , came out again , moved it side to side and left the needle in at a slant! 15 mins go by and the other female who walked by seen the knot that formed in my arm and quickly too it out & began the process in my left arm. My left arm has no bruising or any sort of problem at all! I wish this was the case for my right arm but I now have to live with having nerve damage due to this experience.

Unorganized and unprofessional waited 3 hours not being seen as return donor then when they finally started calling people to be seen they called back people I was in front of for return donors I don’t think will be coming back to this site again still waiting 3 in half hours not even to yet be stuck for donation and no updates of how long it will take yet other people that just walked in for new donors were seen before me the process shouldn’t be this hard I’ve been to several facilities octapharma biolife griffols this site is unprofessional in the way they do not keep anyone updated and getting in others when your wait has been substantially longer

I’ve been blessed with such a awesome experience with CSL . I used to be a little afraid of needles but there I’m not . Phlebotomist there are really good .
