My overall experience has been phenomenal. Every time I visit, the staff are kind, courteous and positive. They always welcome me every time I walk through the doors and thank me as I leave. I couldn’t ask for any better phlebotomists. I would highly recommend everyone to try donating if you are capable. It is a great experience and getting paid is a bonus. I would rate my experience 10/10!

New donors $100 per donation if your weight is above 150 lbs, up to $500 if done within 30 days. Then it’s $47-$50 1st donation of week and $65 2nd donation of the same week. They claim ATM does not charge fees but I was charged too many fees when trying to withdraw. It’s a ripoff the ATM fees, so I send it to my cashapp for a $1 fee and transfer it to my bank for free.

This is the slowest center I’ve been to. Not sure why. They will have you standing in the Donor line for two hours. It’s 125.00 for the first 8 visits after that keep it moving something this center has not yet learned. I got here at 2:14pm and it’s 4:00pm…im just now sitting in a chair. It’s very clean though. The employees seem nice but the wait is terrible.

The woman who goes by the name of “ Karoline G.” is immensely professional, friendly and has incredible work ethics. She’s consistently been of great service every time I donate. She’s very kindhearted and skill-full, she’s one of the individuals who is really great at getting the stick to draw blood in on her first try in comparison to other employees. She consistently checks in on the comfort of patients and it’s very much helpful through the process. She has leads by example and definitely deserves a promotional work position.

Clean place, friendly staff, easy process. They do provide snacks & water if you need it. Try to seek a staff member that does well with poking. You get $100 your first 5x after that they cut it in half depending on your weight. Waiting time is normally 10-15mins and donating process is about 45mins to an hour. So if you plan on going give yourself at least an 1hr 30 to spare. First timers it will take 3-4 hours.
