Staff is amazing! They really do their best to get ypu in and out. Only problem is, the wait sometimes can be ridiculous. I’ve waited 30-40 minutes sometimes and that not counting the donation time. Can be frustrating if you, “have”, to do it and time is an issue.

Always an amazing experience. Plasma drops help save lives and are used in medicine for many Pals who need this life saving gift. Donating at this center that provides great staff who are knowledgeable and kind but a wonderful environment where Plasmapheresis happens so amazing daily monthly and come September yearly. Thank you all staff at CSL Plasma keep it up

Place has slowly gone downhill over the years. All the staff gone that cared, constantly short staffed, hours will change all the time due to staffing issues causing even worse wait times. Sometimes taking over an hour to even get vitals taken before you enter another line.

Kimberly was very nice and as helpful as she could possibly be, I wish I had gotten the name of the taller woman here, she was very understanding with me, very nice staff

The staff document every conversation and will gossip/ slander you to their managers. They will not give you copies of these secret notes in your file, imagine the lawsuits if customers could obtain copies of these notes. If you voice any displeasure with wait times or any part of the experience they will treat you like you are the problem write notes in your file and punish you with deferrals or (counceling) and their employees are visibly miserable and will make sure you are too. Many donors are treated poorly and likely because of the notes and gossip. Don’t ever ask to talk to management or speak at all or try to be social, it is viewed as you are problematic, rude, or whatever projection is the flavor of the day. Also corporate can’t see local notes so if you do feel the need to speak to them about your experience, they have to look deeper into the matter.

No one at the front with 1 person doing vitals. Lady at the desk got an attitude because I said “I’m sorry to bother you but where do new donors go?” Then tells me it’s a 3-4+ hour wait time and that I would need to wait even longer because of a person in front of me. That would be fine if there wasn’t so much attitude about doing your job lol if you don’t like your job then change it. Go somewhere else like I will.

There was a lady that was very rude to me that works here and had a very bad attitude because she thought i was cutting line even though the nurse told me to go to a certain spot and talking to me like I was the r word. She was very disrespectful and unprofessional I would not recommend coming here as my first choice. Customers always come first!!

This is the slowest plasma center ever. I don’t think these people are even competent. When they see someone they like all of a sudden they start speeding up or when they get backed up from being so slow. There are a few who do exceptional. But for the most part they are not friendly all the way down to the nurses. I feel very uncomfortable every time I come.

This place used to be nice a couple of years ago. The staff seemed content and they paid fairly well depending on the amount of plasma being sold.

They told us that this center is a “English only” speaking center. So unless you speak perfect English you can’t donate. That’s ridiculous when there’s people that really need plasma during this times. So unless you speak English you can’t donate, just putting it out there so you guys don’t waste you’re time like we did.
