I haven’t felt so openly received and cared about, as I did when I went for my ‘lapse-donor’ physical and screening here at the Tropicana and Pecos location. They 100% did everything in their power to make sure that I felt welcomed and wanted within their facility. The sweetest of the vine were there to help me through a difficult process, during a difficult time. I’m truly grateful for the women and men that made my return-visit as easy as it was. Takes way too long to get on a bed even when there’s not that much people in the first line once you get done with your vitals and go to the second one that line moves as slow as a snail and you sit there and watch the workers take their sweet time joking and laughing while you’re in line like sardines not moving at all very bad if you have anxiety or social anxiety just stuck in a line not moving makes you look at yourself in the mirror and say how in the hell did I get myself in a position to have to even come here. Came back agine and it was one of the worse experiences of my life we stayed in the same spot for over a hour in a half I will never come here agine mark my words this is capital BULLSHIT

Very Rude and ghetto disrespectful staff. Had me waiting in donating chair for 15 minutes never coming back here again. Especially a female worker by the name of Jas with the dreadlocks with Big Dad Jas on faceshield very disrespectful using vulgar language. Can’t wait to speak to corporate because floor supervisor didn’t say anything when situation escalated with her employee. Definitely reporting this d to the Better Business Bureau.

This is not my location, I had to get blood withdrawal there. First when you enter the door it was all lines and you had to check in, they were short staffed ig but had a person take my blood and they’re hands we all Shakey like they were new or something. When I called for my results it answers but it’s followed by silence until it hangs up abruptly. I just wish all locations can take blood test so I don’t have an experience like this. All because they couldn’t I had to go here.

You will sit here for hours, whether they have 2 or 10 people, it doesn’t change. You will wait longer to get on the floor than you will actually pumping, and that’s if you can even get someone to hook you up. Then you’ll be waiting for a dc for another hour after pumping. 7 beds open in Bay 2 (and yes it’s open) but we’ve been waiting in line for an hour and a half for someone to call us to the floor
