Unprofessional. They put in the needle sideways for some reason when it’s never put in like that. Couldn’t find my vein and kept pressing on the needle when it was in my skin. Literally telling her how it hurts. Someone else comes and does it and they open the tube and blood is coming out the tube and needle. All on her coat, seat, machine. Don’t even ask if I’m okay . Just walk away, Why do I say they are unprofessional? Because she goes to the next bay and starts talking about how am I supposed to know where my vein is and how the needle is supposed to be sticked in. Because I been doing this for a while and everyone always just goes in straight with the needle. Now I have a dark bruise.

This has become my new home donation center… Ever since coming here, I felt nothing but joy and positivity…. The energy is amazing…. The people here are very knowledgeable and they treat you like family. I love it..I don’t feel like a donor…I feel like family….I have to give a special thanks to Bianca… She made me feel very comfortable and showed a lot of care and concern….. I have be going to this plasma center for a couple of years now, I only go through out return donor promotions period. I visited this establishment Friday June 30th 2023 as return donor. The entire staff was efficient, helpful and kind. The process was super quick and easy breezy. The only negative was my pulse was elevated to 108 so I was unable to donate. Ricky reassured me to come back the following day to try again. Ricky also gave me helpful breathing tips and reassured me to remain calm and relaxed. I tried again the following day and applied these techniques. Sure enough It was successful and my pulse registered at 83 ! My physical was done by Kathy who was super informative, pleasant and very professional . The person who administered my vitals my second attempt the following day was named Aisha she was so cool and helpful. I appreciate all the staff, however these 3 lady’s were rock stars during my visit. All 3 deserve recognition. I alsot forgot to mention the phlebotomist, her name is Yuri! She was was pleasant, kind and friendly. I did not feel a thing when Yuri stuck me with needle in arm! Awesome job C.S.L staff I would highly recommend this location in particular! If you come across these ladies give them a shot out! They deserve it.

Staff is cool and friendly. Their material is nice and CLEAN. BUT, they will lie about your payout…”come next time and you’ll get so and so”…yet you won’t ever get it. Just donate to donate…pay is NOT what they advertise OR tell you.

CSL pays new donors $300 less than other plasma centers for the first month and less for return donors also. Try not to go there with a band-aid on for a simple cut or they’ll act like it’s a gunshot wound that prevents donation. Also, avoid this LV Blvd location like the plague.
