If the workers would spend more time working instead of chatting and acting lazy the process would run a lot more smoothly. It’s honestly just very unorganized. I can’t understand for the life of me why there is numerous beds open with a line full of 20 people and 7 workers on the donor floor. It honestly makes you not even want to donate. Some of the employees are great but most of them are lazy! And rather stand around chit chatting then actually get work done!

Honestly it is pretty straight forward. Fill out the questionnaire, get in line for a screening where they check your iron level, blood pressure, temp, weight and pulse. If everything checks out you get in line to donate. Depending on the time you go the line can be long so just go when it’s not busy. I just put my AirPods in and watch Netflix on my phone. Typically takes me 1hr to donate. Pay is based off of your weight. You’re able to donate more plasma if you weigh more. People complain about the pay but it’s the easiest money you’ll ever get. For 2 donations which should be around an 1hr each you get around $100. $100 for around 2 hrs of your time is easily worth it.

I was told the next time I could donate would be September 30, now all of a sudden in the app, it says the next eligible donation is not available and to contact CSL. I’m assuming they deferred me for a period of time because both of my arms got bruised from them moving the needle underneath my skin so much after the initial stick to try and find the vein. They wound up trying to take from the same vein in my right arm for all 5 donations that I’ve come for so far. The last time I went, they said they weren’t getting blood flow from that same vein. A lot of the staff there are very lovely but it’s not really cool that I was bruised on both of my arms. Yesenia was successful with me but no one else can seem to get it right. Honestly, this place leaves me confused and it doesn’t really make me want to go back to donate. I hope you guys make this process easier for your patients.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a donation center. I 100% was discriminated against because of the color of my skin. You obviously need to be careful with how you speak to the Supervisor Alvin and the Manager Christina. I was placed in a office, isolated and told to leave because someone was acting aggressively towards ME. All while the other individual was allowed to just walk out and leave without any type of conversation being had with him. Hands down the worst donation center. The nurses are amazing but the management is more than horrible.

This place is very slow and the workers are very lazy. They are milking the clock and the money they give is sad. This location is horrible!! Bad service , bad employees, bad everything. All they do is talk and waste as much time as possible. I can’t believe people are paying them to do such pathetic service. Fire them all and hire people that want jobs!!! Not lazy, spoiled and selfish people!!

Today was my first time donating. The process for first time donors is lengthy (about 2 hrs) but my actual donation was completed in about 45 min. Everyone was friendly. Was given an “express pass” to use in one of my visits which pushes you to the front of the line. Best to get there as soon as it opens.

Alvi is the worst of all who screening. I had six people ahead of me in line for the screening and it took me 3 hours. Use the phone all the time and people waiting for long hours. Because of people like these, businesses go bankrupt. There is only one person who does screening who cares about people, the other three are useless and they should be fired because they use the phone instead of working.

Fiona is very kind, she always welcomes you with a smile. In my case, needles terrify me and she always helps me to make my stress go away. Thanks Fiona you do a great job.

This place may look better on the inside and out compared to other plasma centers, but looks can be deceiving. I donate regularly and I referred someone a couple of days ago and this center refused to help me set up the app and give me my referral money. It says on my account that I am not an existing donor. They are always saying they can’t do anything about it. The staff members are extremely rude and you can’t tell who runs the place. When I asked for my donor number a couple of time from a couple of staff members I got a different number every-time. I need to find a new place to donate because they aren’t better than other donation centers.

The actual donation line was a little long today but Sylvania made the screening process go quickly. After screening one Donor she quickly called the next so there was hardly any delay during screening. Fast, polite and professional. Good job.
