This plasma center is very professional and courteous. Jackie Brown was the one who took care of me. He was amazing, he let me sit down while he set up the machine. Something they never do at the 4th st location. This means all t I am 53 and have osteoarthritis , I really appreciate this. Not to mention the location on 4th st is always closing for no apparent reason. And these poor kids on San Mateo are always taking up their slack. And the staff at San Mateo never take it out on us. They are incredibly professional, caring, and compassionate. Thank you guys at the San Mateo center. You guys rock.♥️♥️♥️♥️

This place is terrible, not clean, customer service is their least priority. My husband went in for his 2nd donation and they poked him wrong 3 times. Then they left him all dirty with the blood all around his arm. Come on y’all can definitely do better.

Stood in the lobby to see if i could get some questions answered. They had no one at the front to help. Everyone was standing around clueless because they didn’t know what to do. It was 20 minutes before i could get someone to acknowledge me. Customer service does not exist here.

Slowest plasma donation I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Being busy is one thing but but when you’ve been there for over 4 hours and they keep calling people who had been there for 10 minutes over you it really pisses me off

Stood in line to donate for 1hour&15mins before I was able to donate, had 15 ppl in line, and added the 9 donors with priority passes. Donors with passes were able to jump the line and the new donors 6 had 30 donors in front of me. Priority passes should not exsist or allow everyone to earn the chance to have a pass

Medical staff very slow, confused and short staffed. I’ve had to be evaluated for my arm. Staff missed my vein and had to do a re-stick because she didnt know what she was doing. It hurt like hell. Bruised my arm. This happened twice.

Most of the staff are cool and helpful. It’s always clean and good service. Granted there are a few staff that aren’t up to par but that’s anywhere you visit. Overall I rate them five stars. A few bad apples isn’t worth making the whole place get a bad rating

The company needs to stop hording the money they make off of donors plasma and replace the machines that were taken out. Half the beds can’t even be filled because there is nothing to get hooked up to. If they aren’t paying donors what they charge to use our plasma the least they can do is make things easier for everyone that comes here.
