Very nice courteous staff members that are available to help and assist, and while I may not be a client that donates here I have family members that do and a spouse that does definite at this particular facility and they do not complain at all in any way, the donor pay satisfactory, there is a hydration station, and if need be a family member or friend can wait for you in the departure lounge this becomes very convenient for myself as I do have to wait for my spouse from time to time and give us a place to sit and just relax while doing that. The staffs commitment to helping to save lives is outstanding

Whether you are a new or a returning donor, Please beware of Rachel. Do not let her be in charge of your donation. She messed up my donation process so bad when she stuck me today that I have been deferred for 2 months because she completely butchered my arm. She stuck me so incorrectly that I wasn’t able to receive my red blood cells back so now I’m banned for 2 months for her mistake. I have previously requested other phlebotomist because she has a habit of bruising me and others. She is known amongst us donors as the phlebotomist to stay away from. I made a mistake trusting you today, Rachel. You should not be allowed anywhere near a needle. You’re supposed to be the head of phlebotomy. What a joke. Your mistake is costing me a lot of money. I depend on this Plasma money to survive. Shame on you.

The staff were all very kind and patient and whole appt took 3 hours (first visit). Kind of expected that though it all seemed pretty disorganized and they were understaffed. Would still recommend. Very clean too.

I was a little nervous about donating for the first time due to the mixed reviews about the staff, but I have to say they were all super super nice and made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process. Every person I met with explained the process in depth and assured me if I had any questions they were there to help. The first visit is quite long, but you get to skip the line once you’re physical and all that is done. I arrived a little after 11 and was done before 3pm. I should’ve gone earlier because I understand the afternoon is usually busier, but all in all I had a wonderful experience and will definitely return!

Came in as a new donor and was immediately greeted by the security officer. He was nice and eager to assist. Cat did my intake and was very knowledgeable and professional. She explained the entire process to me and made sure I understood what was expected moving forward. There wasn’t much of a wait time, as everything moved smoothly. Even faster if you download the app and complete the screening questions before you arrive. I was pleasantly surprised to know they pay $100 per donation. That’s $100 for about 2 hours of your time—cant beat that! I would definitely recommend this plasma donation center! 🙂
