I usually have a good experience here, but I’m writing this from the donor chair to call out some staff. Chris D. caused me an immense amount of pain when he stuck me just now. Didn’t get it right the first time (blamed my vein), so he kept pulling it out just a bit and moving it around under my skin, which was painful enough to make me yell out and start crying (I have over 30 tattoos so that’s saying something). He seems more preoccupied with chatting up the female staff than actually doing his job. Speaking of which, several other staff members saw what happened and my reaction and did nothing. Not even a tissue to clean my face. Teach your phlebotomists how to properly stick people or you’ll end up causing some serious damage.

Called ahead due to health history change (had surgery) had questions. Was told everything would be ok come on down. Get there to talk to medical get sent to get in line and sign in in kiosk. Do exactly that take vitals get directed to medical…hmmm ok….speak to medical..explain history and get deferred. I already knew it was a possibility which is why I called. They knew it hurt my pockets. Would’ve been a great help but I guess being honest doesn’t pay. Won’t be returning. Pretty inconsiderate

Horrible customer service. Horrible I was at the counter for about 5 minutes and nobody said anything. Not even hi or can we help you. Employees just stood there talking with themselves. I watched an employee stand up on the counter to fix the battery in the clock but set it wrong.

Can’t really recall having a more pleasant day here! I needed to re-register again after not donating for a year, so I tried to re-register at the facility on Ina. Unfortunately, I had arrived at the Ina location at 2pm and they told me they do not accept new registers after 2pm, so I called the Butterfield location and I believe Desiree had told me that they accepted new registers all the way up until closing, so I came here instead. I showed up and the Facility had greatly improved it’s efficiency since I had last donated here! I got through the whole process in 2 hours! Shout-out to Alejandra and Crystal for their professionalism, positive attitudes, and speed! Keep up the Great Work CSL Team!!

The place is clean, but front office staff are really slow disorganized they don’t have real supervision. That is why lines are long, oh plus staff in back talk aloud unprofessionally and are distracted.

Disrespectful and unprofessional. Blames donors for their bad attitudes. Pulled pepper spray on me and my 5 year old son for checking on my wife. Even slandered my name and lied in the report, tried to cover up the pepper spray incident, and racist toward African Americans. Treat Black men and women like dirt. Tried to ban me then say my wife can come back like she really would. She saw what you did first hand and yes I am still pressin this. IT WILL NOT END UNTIL JUSTICE IS SERVED.

Place is clean enough, but Anna at the new donor counter interrupted me as I was asking to transfer to this location to inform me that no donating would occur until I conformed to the dress code. I’ve donated at a bunch of centers going back to 2008. Never heard of a dress code at a CSL center. I’m all for dress codes, and if I would’ve known ahead of time it wouldn’t have been an issue.

Made me change my address and because I live at Gospel rescue mission they said I can’t donate. That’s discrimination against someone for being at a homeless shelter

I went today to try to donate plasma the representative who was helping me stated that I could not donate because I could not have a po box address that I need my physical address I do have a address but I receive my mail at the po box and supposedly the manager was going to talk to me and waited and waited and never came horrible service I could not believe this because other plasma Center don’t act like this they need training in how to treat people that are donating

They won’t accept Siegel select residents because they said it’s not a real address and if it’s for people who need help why does it matter where you stay at. We went 3 times and were denied every time couldn’t even get past the application or anything because they said are address was flagged know if someone were to sue them for falsifying my address I would be wrong, I’ve been staying here at Siegel select for a year and 3 months so how isn’t this a real address smh all I’m saying is if you don’t have a “Real” Address Don’t come here you will be “Denied”
