Very clean facilities and friendly professional staff. They are very busy and you can expect a wait time of about two hours. Wait times are getting shorter because they are increasing their staff. Bring your patience and kindness.

Great service. Friendly personnel and great customer service. The hours for the center are very coordinated for us people that work during the morning and afternoon. First of all this place and the people that work here need to understand that not everyone is from Mexico a lot of people only speak English so don’t only talk spanish, suppossed to be bilingual place plus some nurses and staff have a really bad attitude and horrible costumer service need to work on that !! This is a place on the border but its not Mexico its in the United States.
