DON’T GO HERE !!!! CHOOSE A DIFFERENT CENTER !!!! If I could give this center lower than 1 star I would !!! The staff are rude and even insulted me. The wait isn’t that bad but everyone seems so uneducated on what they do that it’s almost scary to be putting my veins in ur very untrustworthy hands. I had a blowout and a phlebotomist told me that I should keep going on my donation while it was bubbling and extremely Painful. he then called 2 other phlebotomists who told him (1st one) ” this is dumb I know that wouldn’t hurt” and shortly after (2nd one) “that doesn’t look good ” they whispered about what colors are acceptable to be on the arm then quickly unhooked me after my first phlebotomist realized his mistake whilst simultaneously noticing that my sick area was well along to swelling and purple. I tried to file a verbal and written complaint but the person at the front desk said there was nobody I could talk too who was there and ” no such thing ” as a complaint form. She advised me to never come back and pointed me towards the door. So here I am. Just don’t waste ur time or tears there. THERE ARE OTHER CSL CENTERS WITH EXPERIENCED WORKERS WHO CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE TAKING THE TIME TO DONATE!!!

Not only you get payed very little, you get a blown vein from the phlebotomist not being careful and in a rush. Happened to both arms in the same visit. Be warned.

Customer service is excellent please give Noe a raise he is the best!, it is a pretty good way to have extra income. Don’t go Fridays or Saturdays because it’s packed. Going after 5 times isn’t worth it.

Very bad service!! I am from Agua Prieta and they have made me go about 5 times and they tell me that I am missing papers and when I ask what I am missing they do not tell me the net or it is worth donating, those who are there attending are pure useless people and they do not give you the opportunity to donate they come out with many But you lack that and that so no where in plasma douglas very bad service no no no
