If you go first thing in the morning there is usually less wait time, yes it takes awhile but they have to screen you and then fully prepare the site and the process once in the chair is approx 40 minutes … Everyone is professional … Muriel I believe her name is always gets me on the first stick and does a good job , I never bruise … Just leave your bandage on a few hours.

Would really appreciate some type of intervention with the line outside the building in the mornings. Sick of these lazy jerks setting a rock on the wall and “claiming” a spot in line. They sit in their cars or even leave and come back. And then Waltz into the building right when they unlock the door cutting off everyone who has actually been standing in line. Unacceptable.

What a joke, this location is the least professional plasma center I’ve ever attended, 3 out of however many phlebotomists here are capable of finding and drawing blood from donors veins with no issues whereas others struggle, make mistakes and use the needles as a tool while inside of donors arms. Each trip is a gamble as to whether or not donors get a proper donation done or are penalized by the mistakes made by unprofessional workers.

Came here to donate. Tranfering from another location. This lady was so rude to me first she couldnt find me in the system. Then she made a mess with blood when she poked my finger no offer to assist. Her name was Rachael. Wasnt professional and was rude. When dealing with people helpinh people that shouldnt be the case. We should feel welcomed and cared for.

Had a great experience with my first few donations and plan to continue donating! As a first time donor, you have to go through a medical screening and answer some questions but every time after that is quick and easy. Drink lots of water before and after!

Everytime I come here it’s an issue as to why I can’t donate they say they can’t find my veins and have attitudes when you can come in all nice but I go to a doctor and it’s not an issue of whether or not they can find my veins because the doctors found it perfectly fine. CSL is so unprofessional and pick and choose who they let donate I went to another place today (Biolife)and they got me right in and gave me more then csl so if u thinking about going here u just gotta see for yourself because they don’t treat everyone the same from my perspective good luck though.

Every time we come it’s super packed and it seems like they call 1 person every 15 minutes.. They open at 8am and you’d think they’d be caught up from the morning rush but nope, there’s only 2 people screening. I’ll probably be in line JUST to get screened for 2 hrs .

By far the rudest people ever. Had an issue with another client and because I handled it maturely by telling staff they banned me. These people are sick and what they are doing will get them sued. I will be in and take more pictures and hand them to my lawyer. You said you would call me back after an investigation on your staff was done. Well my lawyer is having a field day investing your company. You have beyond insulted me after the many donations I’ve given you. Don’t call them. They lie on the phone saying it’s packed to make people not show up. I did anyway and there was like 10 people in the line. She said the line for return donors reached down the hall to medical
