I was deferred for a week after being disconnected early due to having to use the restroom, apparently you get a week deferred for not a complete bottle of plasma, I did not know that and the worker did not tell me that either. And she didn’t mention only getting half pay …… So you can understand the 2 stars. And management didn’t even take care of my complaint

I was very disappointed with the fact that I was told I was too small as far as my weight. I spent almost three hours as a new donor to be told that I’m too small. That was a waist of my time. Now I am a little bit upset. I would never come back.

I love being discriminated against due to an unspecified mood disorder f39, due to my medication also being an anti convulsant, the fact I have to get a doctor’s note to even donate is ridiculous. I’m never going back to csl plasma and will donate elsewhere. The fact they also ask if you’ve been hospitalized for physical and mental health is ridiculous, what business is it if someone has been hospitalized for mental health? None of the questionnares require this, I haven’t been hospitalized for mental health, but they sure do discriminate against it.

First visit. Everyone was very nice. I spent about two hours for getting signed up and donation. I got $100 for my time. Worth every minute of my time.

Glad they changed there system…wait times used to be up to 3 hours sometimes…now with the app it’s very convenient and easy to get in and out in under 90 mins typically.

Don’t bring your kids here or they will turn you away and you won’t be allowed to donate. Would have been nice if they warned any potential parents on the website or app about this instead of wasting our time and money on transportation.

As a trans person this clinic has been the best and most understanding. I was not turned away or asked to provide extra materials due to being trans. And certain people are even remebering my name 🙂

Everyone was pretty nice at this location. My interaction with Mike is what lead me to leave the review. Super awesome service, would be so nice if everyone had the attitude he has working in service! A girl can dream.

Extremely unprofessional staff. Long wait time. The nurses at this place have no idea how to properly insert the needle and wound up having to re-do it twice. Literally any other CSL location is light years better than this one. Save your time and choose one of the other locations. You can thank me later.

I was having an absolutely horrible day (the last month tbh) but the screener was very sweet and she appreciated my dark humor. The CSL location down the street happened to be closed that day due to technical difficulties so this center was insanely busy. After standing in line for over an hour my back was hurting, I started to not feel well and just wanted to sit down. Fortunately I was next in line and began to feel better once the donation started. A little more than half way through, I started feeling faint and got the cold sweats, a nurse (Taylor) saw me from across the floor and asked if I was okay, I kinda shook my head no, she came right over with ice packs for my chest and neck, elevated my feet while another nurse (Christine G.) fanned me and ended the donation. This happened minutes before the center closed and they still had an enormous line of donors to process. The entire staff was amazing, even with all extra donors and stress, but special kudos to Taylor and Christine!
