I didn’t have a good experience last time i went. Kid name Sebastian was being rude because I asked him for a new card, he asked for proof of address and I said have a pdf file on my phone. He said no at first but than agreed. He saw my phone and didn’t hand it to me he sat it down all fast on the counter. Once he was giving me my card he through it on the counter. If you don’t like helping people you MIGHT just be working at wrong place .

Staff is friendly. It’s really the wait times and the lack of cleanliness that I’m giving a two for. Stopped going here because it takes me 35 minutes to donate but 2+ hours to actually get to a bed. Started going to a different plasma company and I’m in and out in an hour or less. There are other places out there that are better organized and won’t waste your time 🙂

The staff inside are great especially lee he’s really funny and makes you feel at ease. My issue I’m having is I got a letter saying they needed to test my blood and on the front of the letter it says for any questions please call and talk to medical staff but when I call whoever answered the phone ( I think she said her name was Mary maybe) said I have to come in and talk to them about it they can’t do it over the phone but then when I call cla plasma customer service they tell me they’re supposed to transfer you to the medical staff. I don’t like being yanked back and forth and it’s unprofessional and shows the lack of communication from the company when the medical staff, front of house, and customer service reps, are all on different pages and telling 2 different stories and the only one that is different is the person answering the phone at csl plasma on state street in SLC UT
