I came in at 10am, I am an established donor. It’s now 11:30 am and they still haven’t even started. They show absolutely no haste or interest in producing vital meds for customers or moving donors through. These CSL places seem to all be the same, the employees are avoiding working and management doesn’t pay attention/ May as well not exist.

As an employee at a different location, I can personally say that this center runs pretty well for the most part. Never had an issue with the phlebotomists, they all do their jobs phenomenally. Today was my first day having a bad experience, not with the phlebotomy team, but the reception team. The reception tech who screened me seemed inconvenienced when I was trying to give her my employee number, to get registered on my profile. When I stepped up to do my weight she made a comment saying, “Quite a few more pounds than last time” which I thought was extremely rude. Point blank don’t work a job that obviously makes you miserable, because you wear it on your face & doesn’t look good when you are the “customer service” department for your center. Other than that I prefer coming to this center over any other! Just avoid the older woman named Misty who never looks happy.

I wasted my time. They made me wait for a long time, then they closed me in the room, knowing that I did not speak English well and forced me to fill out the documents without an interpreter and help. but in the end they said that I can’t become a donor because I’m from another country and I don’t speak English well. this is true racism

So I came in to donate plasma. And went through the process sat down was having blood drawn and then the bowl that collects the blood the sealed broke and got deferred for 8 weeks due to faulty equipment that had nothing to do with me the the staff is clueless
