Lisa is absolutely amazing!! She has no problem getting my small vein. I have never had any issues while donating when Lisa hooks me up. She is always friendly and professional. A true leader in my opinion!!

For individual character doesn’t get enough credit for the very complicated wait. You got 3 people on floor, and alot donors. I must give much respect to 3 individuals( apologies for forgetting names) today 9/1/23 in morimg on floor, 3 of you handled yourselves beyond outstanding service.

This is one of the most disorganized operations I’ve ever seen. The first time I went in I didn’t even get to donate, because they took my name out of the que, and they didn’t tell me this happened. So I was waiting in the center for a good six hours that day in total, (came in at 1:00, only found out I wasn’t able to donate when they close at 7;00) because it was clearly slow and disorganized, and the whole miscommunication about them randomly canceling my visit thing. Today I used an express pass, and had to wait over an hour for a retake, which is supposed to take 15 minutes. Other express pass users went before me when I was waiting for my retake which isn’t supposed to happen. When I told them I no longer had the time to donate because they took too long, they didn’t give me the express pass back, or do anything to make it right. Overall this is the worst place I’ve ever donated, it always takes forever and they don’t respect your time, or the order people are supposed to to go in. They are always understaffed, and it shows in the general disorganized manner that the place is conducted in.

Everyone here has made the donating experience a good one. The staff are all kind and helpful, and even as someone who doesn’t like needles or anything medical, the process is pretty comfortable and easy.

Only reason Iike goin here is because of Rhonda, Ariana, Trevor they are so kind. And always quick. The rest are so slow between 330-530 they only have one person doing vitals or check in. It’s a total mess. I came in at 4 and it’s now 5 and they’ve only took 2 ppl to check in.

Edit, the rude lady now wears a wig, but you can tell issa wig and she has the same name as another person who was really nice or somehow switched name tags. My Kim was a amazing, but it wasn’t the mature lady with the bad wig..

First time donor it was very pleasant and welcoming. Ronda handled my first part of onboarding and Amber handled the second part. They were both very professional and made the process easy and fun. Amber also had the patience to enter about 50 of my 98 tattoos twice due their system crashing. I already know that my future donations will be pleasant and I will be treated with a family mentality.

I was here today to donate plasma and Ariana checked me in. She is great at her job and helpful, as are the other staff. Thank you for making my experience a pleasant one!

Absolutely rude. I don’t believe a single person in there enjoys their job…Including leadership. EVERYBODY in that building needs customer service training. Your leadership is the obvious problem. When your boss doesn’t care about descent human treatment nobody else will. It’s top down. Change your leadership or I’ll never be back. Long time Greeley resident. Part time donor. I’ll be checking for new leadership periodically. When I mentioned my bad experience with management they laughed at me. Literally laughed.
