Love this clinic. Moved from Washington State semi recently and they were horrible there, and always an hour or so drive away (in miserable Washington traffic). Here they’re very polite if you’re just polite as well, do good pokes, it’s right in town, and they’re very efficient. Highly recommend, don’t leave a bad review if you’re just unable to donate. That’s really dumb and definitely not their fault . Love this clinic though

I’ll preface by saying that I am a fit and vascular person. An easy stick. If you will. My first visit started ok until about half way through, then the tech for seemingly no reason comes over and starts moving the needle around in my arm resulting in a small hematoma. No problem, that’s part of it. It healed well and I returned for my second visit. This visit. I’m set aside because of the occurrence from the previous to see the nurse because a “bruise” that “I” was unaware of. . I wait 10 minutes to see her and she laughed because there is no damage. And sent me to wait until after she sees another doner… I wait another ten minutes for her to say that I can go in. I showed up at 11am and it is now 1230pm and I am currently 13th in line.1st to 13th for nothing. Like I said. I am currently still in line. I’ll update for the rest of the unpleasant experience.

I am feeling severely perturbed about my interaction with the manager to this establishment. I am unfamiliar with the manager’s name, but he was a thinner older man with a soft spoken voice. Seemed like he had a nice attention, but during our conversation he continuously contradicted himself with his own words and made the conversation as severely confusing and non understandable as possible. This manager stated in his own words that there is “a complete difference between high blood pressure and illness.”if you do any type of research you can find there is a plethora of relationships between high blood pressure and illness. As soon as he told me these bizarre words all that I could muster out “I don’t understand.”I felt so severely confused that I had to call back and talk to another individual just to get clarification on the subject. I would also like to include the manager stated the relationships between high blood pressure and illness which resulted in my termination for donation. In the same conversation he stated that there were “a complete difference between high blood pressure and illness.”can someone please explain how this makes any logical sense at all?

Very knowledgeable staff. Cora the phlebotomist is the most skilled one there. Sometimes I get a bad stick from the newbies but their turn around time is getting longer and they have the staff to assist with problems that arise. Very attentive.

I am giving 5 stars because the phlebotomists that routinely do my sticks (Cora, Karissa, Jenny and Angela) are awesome. (I do miss Eddie). Wes and Fabian also excellent. The screeners are good as well. They are pleasant and efficient. My issue is with management who I feel needs to step up their game.

I donated there for years. Stumbled upon a card in which my dollar amounts went. I called the number, typed in the 16-digit number, only for the system to not recognize it and had it hang up on me. This is highway robbery! I had over $300 dollars on that card. No live person at all on their phone numbers….pathetic!

Majorly understaffed, I continuously get injured and deferred for months at a time, it can sometimes take 3-4 hours of waiting to get through the whole process. There are many great employees here, some bad ones, and in general not enough staff. The business, as a whole, is a disaster despite individuals doing good work. I will not be returning anymore.

I’ve been donating for about 4 years now and 2 years at this location. The people here are friendly most of the time but I remember just last year they had way more staff to take care of the donors to where it would only take about an hour to an hour and a half to donate. NOW? You can expect to be there for 3+ hours no doubt about it. I walked in there today with 1 person in line, got my vitals checked, and had to stand in line to wait to get sat. While I was waiting to get sat there were 6 other people on chairs that haven’t got sticked yet. I waited approximately 30 minutes and I had stil not sat down yet and there were still 3 people who were not hooked up yet. It should not take this long EVERY SINGLE TIME!!
