My husband got there at 5 pm on a Tuesday, thinking that it was enough before they close to be courteous and respectful of their time. They close at 7. Employees here were very loudly and very rudely complaining “patients are disrespectful walking in at this time” and “I’m about to quit”. Like its 5 pm, you close at SEVEN. These people you are complaining about came in 2 hours before close. You get that people work right? And lots of people are coming in after work? Why do yall say people can walk in then? Just make it appointment based at this point.

I have donated at other plasma places, which are much better. CSL is disorganized and unprofessional. Their staff is all over the place and works inefficiently, seems to always be on break except for a few hard workers. They seem to discourage new donors from coming in and signing up, my first visit I was turned away immediately because they were “busy”. The next day I was turned away because of a small mole on my arm that other plasma places wouldn’t even mention.

This place is horrible and I dont recommend it to nobody. It all started when I got prescreen by Rosa yup I said her name she from Camden and we definitely can get right. She was so busy being nosy and worried about what this older lady name Lisa was doing in the front she never sanitize her area after pre-screening someone else prior to me then made me see the nurse to pretend that she was doing her job that was even worse they called this Big Lady name Mrs. Benson who is clueless about everything I don’t even know why she’s there as a supervisor looking dumbfounded without a clue. They don’t even know how to stick people to draw Blood. They have messed up my whole arm, and then deferred me because they messed up my arm, they a hot mess and I’m praying they shut that place down

This is specifically for the fat loght skin black girl that does pre donation screening that always got an attitude with somebody. Planet fitness right next door, go get right so you can feel better about yourself and have a better attitude towards your donors because don’t none of us come here for your bad vibes cuz u hate yourself, you’re life, and your job.

Been going here for a few months now. The employees have gotten worse, my last visit I was here for over 2 hours when normally it only takes me 45minutes or less. When I questioned about the length of the return I was instantly greeted with an attitude, but another lady stepped in an fixed the problem. Today I was told to wait for medical an to my surprise two members were just sitting in the office talking an told me to go have a seat. 15minutes later I walked out.

Just a little slow at times. But other than that good. Just need more people sticking so I’m not waiting all day.

I was unsure what to expect but I will say I was very impressed and comfortable. The initial visit does require a good deal of time.. but it’s for the screening process…. The plasma draw itself took about 40 min.

Nice place, considering they are poking you with needles. Lines aren’t long and the process is pretty quick compared to other places.

A few there are really sweet and caring. I won’t say names but one of them misses the vein EVERY single time I’ve been stuck by them. One stick was nowhere near my vein and my arm was blowing up and hurt badly and three different people said “I don’t know what to do about this” and I had to wait a while, in pain, swelling up until someone finally came in and asked why I was left like that. Really bad hematoma and the bruise takes up half my forearm. Instead of making excuses for it, they should just have them practice a lot more. The machines are either old or cheap because they mess up. The only reason I give two instead of one star is because the ladies are super nice.
