I absolutely love this place the staff is always so kind and helpful and do their best to get you in and out as fast as possible I highly recommend this place if you are trying to make extra cash and help out other! Also the facility gives out free snacks and water along with being super clean and friendly to the donors ! I enjoy my time donating just maks sure to bring a book or your phone with headphones to help make the time go by quickly! The staff is so friendly and helpful I frequently come here to donate!

I started donating a few months ago and loved it, found a great way to make some extra cash rather quickly and the staff is very polite. However, as of recently the waits have been absolutely ridiculous. Just the other day I was in line for 40min just to get my vitals checked. There have been a handful of times where I have waited for an hour to donate and end up leaving. While donating I also notice a bunch of donors who really don’t try to donate in a timely manner and make it so their donation is 45min or longer when it should be a quick 30min. No one is saying anything to them and it makes it harder for those of us who have families, lives and things to do other than wait forever to donate. Again the staff is polite. But donors and staff members seem to be in snail mode.

this place is an atrocious fart. You wait 2 hours with a staff member looking over at the massing line with not a care in the world. Who cares if you’re under staffed, it’s not the donors problem. 1 star. Always has been always will be a time vampire. They should compensate way more than crumbs when they sell it for $500-$1000 a pop. Go donate elsewhere. Even with their new machines the wait time somehow got longer. Currently in line with 13 others who’ve been waiting 30+ minutes to donate when half the chairs are vacant. Put this place out of business. Something better deserves the spot.

People working are decent but could improve on there customer service. Lines take like 2-3 hours to finally get to donate. Otherwise not a bad place but wish the payment was better and facility was better.

Meridian was great, providing a surprisingly painless stick, which is extremely rare for me. She, and Koko, are polite as well as efficient, and they made the visit much more enjoyable than visits to other centers I have experienced. The facility is always spotless, and the staff are always quick to share a smile, which go a long way!

Looked clean enough, however I made an appointment on their app since it says accepting new donors, drive all the way out there on a Saturday to be told they aren’t taking new donors. Waste of time, don’t believe the website

Been donating for 8 years last few spent more time driving to other CSL sites because of staff shortages or being sent to medical for more deferment every other visit! When it’s open!! In my 8 years never seen such an overturn in staffing from screeners and phlebotomist use to have an excellent medical team and management team employees stayed longer than 3 months now management is corporate and medical are wanna be!! My personal opinion I find another another plasma like BioLife or Grifols probably have better service

So disappointed with the management of this place. They never schedule enough staff to perform the check in tasks. 2 weeks in a row they have 8 to 10 people in line waiting and they have one person working to check them in and answering the phone and attending the front desk. I gave up both times out of frustration.

I love the staff here! They are doing a wonderful job!! These are some caring professionals who do the job right! Every time I go I talk about my 3 year old and my twin 1 year Olds and every single employee cares about me and my stories I feel like. And that’s so important. I love making a difference with people who dedicate their time so fiercely to being positive and caring. I love coming here, no matter the wait! (Which is getting WAY better by the way!! Great job guys!! We appreciate you so much!!!)
