For the last couple of weeks things have been really inconsistent here. Love the staff and all but y’all have to do better. I wouldn’t keep a crew around that’s unavailable to work most of their schedule. Because of this most days the lines are ridiculous with only 2 people doing intake and 2 phlebotomists. If you know better you do better. Smh

My family goes here. I’m in and out quick everytime. The staff are very diverse and it’s always interesting to talk with them. Especially Niya, who always inspires me to try harder at reaching out to those who need help most, with kindness and respect. I refer others there specifically because of the rich culture of the all staff – it’s very special. They know respect.

I visited this facility with my friend as a 1st time donor on 9/14/23 at 3PM EST and as a walk in. My friend, who is a returning donor, sent me all documentation pertaining to pre-registration, however, the only questions I had were regarding my forms of identification. I had a copy of all valid (unexpired) state/gov’t IDs on my mobile device, as well as my friend who could also vouch for me to confirm my identity, but that was not sufficient enough to begin my registration process. Not to mention, we were informed by the 2 nametagless women at the front desk that the nurse had went home early for the day, therefore there was not another nurse on site to preform my physical. Living in a world where technology and robots are the way of new life, does an essential company such as CSL Plasma have a standard operating procedure to make it more easier and convenient for new donors to begin their physical registration process? The Allied Security guard wasn’t much help due to the fact that he was sitting on the couch and entertained by his mobile device. I was informed the lobby was closing at 4PM EST, so I was instructed to wait in the departure area while my friend was donating her plasma. T’Pring is great always polite, breaks down the process and the required numbers. Even when something is off she gives options. Not to mention she’s the only one that asks and give out raffle tickets!!
