Showed up after seeing availability online. When we arrived at the time the app said they were not taking new donors and said to come back early as possible the following day. The woman was very short and didn’t give a lot of information. When I went back the following day it was “to early” for new donors. I live a half an hour away. I’ve already lost two hours just trying to get in the door. I can’t understand why she didn’t mention they don’t take new donors before 930 the first time I was there. I’m gonna try another donation center as this one seems to just want me to not be in their lobby.

This CSL is incredibly cheap. They don’t have chairs in the waiting area so people are always sitting on the floor. They aren’t always open during posted operating hours and don’t update anywhere. They won’t even give out squeeze balls for donating citing that previous donors took them so now they punish new donors.

I arrived for my first visit on a weekday and was told at 7am, and that they weren’t taking new donors at that time. I was referred by the front desk lady to call ahead to make sure they were taking new donors later that day. At 9am I called 4 times before someone could answer. I arrive and find a long line of people waiting for screening. I wait my turn to be screened and seen by medical. I was cleared to donate and got to skip the line for being new (3 hrs later). I go for my 2nd visit 2 days later and had to be checked by medical due to a bruise that formed. I was asked to try my other arm and agreed. The lady jabbed the 17g needle around in my arm before declining me for donating. Both arms are bruised now. I went 4 days later and got turned away until my bruises healed completely… this doesn’t seem right or fair. I’m trusting you guys to take care of me, and I feel like you’re using me as a guinea pig.

Everyone there sems to be to good to want to help you trying to donate. I spoke with 3 different people that gave a bad attitude when asking for my information all with a smile on my face. Then I was told my proof of address could be a piece of mail but it needed to match my licence. So I I traveled an hour home and an hour back with my bank statement clearly matching my address and was refused. I moved recently so my mail I’m getting doesn’t match my address as of yet. Even when I get the address straightened out I still would not go see these folks and there holier then now attitudes. I will definitely be donating elsewhere from now on. It’s a shame to because I’ve donated in another state multiple times with CSL and it was always such a great experience. Shame on you at the Aurora center for making a regular donator and someone new the the area feel very unwelcome. Unexcusable.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Staff is RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL. If it rains, they close. Wed they said a tech issue, waited for over an hour & not fixed. Called Thurs to make sure they were open & a very RUDE woman a finally answered & said they were open for return donors. I started to ask how long the line was & she hung up. They treat Platinum donors like garbage and new donors like gold.Avoid this place like the plague! There are other plasma centers that treat ALL of their donors with respect just not CSL

Got in on Sunday at about 8 am – line was about 15 people waiting. No one at the reception for about 5 minutes, then barked at by some overweight black lady to sit down and wait 2-4 hours. The people in there upset at me for getting in front of line (new donor procedure to do screening and physical again)

I haven’t even gotten a chance to donate here but after several attempts of last minute closings and not having up to date information on the apps that correlate with what the staff are saying it’s not worth the time coming here. I called this morning and waited ten minutes before hanging up just to make the drive down to the center to be turned away yet again because they’re not taking new donors. This company and their staff aren’t worth the hassle. Staff look miserable and act like they don’t even want to be there. Just go somewhere else they have 2 stars for a reason and it should be even lower

The worst customer services. They make you stand for hours some ppl have issues standing for long amounts of time. The staff is lazy and slow they do not care about the patients at all. 1 staff member just stopped taking patients in the middle of a rush. I would never recommend this location to anyone. The whole staff needs to be fired and replaced

Close at 12:30 already been closed for a half hour. Do not listen to the time that they say they are open. They clearly do not have the ability to be honest with their donors. We called prior to coming and they did not tell us that they were going to close and this is closing 3 hours early. How is anybody supposed to get here prior to 12:00? Unless they live right next to it. Especially for new donors.

The young black security guard who worked on 8/25 morning shift is very rude and prejudice. Just watched him get in an argument with some guy then go back to his area calling him racial slurs under his breath then started to gossip about him while I was waiting in line. Always constantly talking down to others giving people a hard time. Doesn’t say anything or offer to help. He just waits for them to make mistakes before he can yell then claims it was justifiable due to paintents being rude.
