I went yesterday with my niece while she donated plasma. I had to use the restroom while I was there & I was really concerned as to what I saw. When I first entered the restroom I saw a empty water bottle & scattered stack of paper towels laying on the floor & a used Kleenex on the floor under the sinks. There was no toilet paper or trash bags in any of the stalls. I saw a bunch more paper towels laying all over the ground in two of the three stalls. This was my first time here & I would not recommend. I would actually tell you to avoid this place completely. To know that this is a place that is supposed to be very clean and hygienic, a place where they’re putting needles in people’s arms and this is how I see your bathroom. I would never trust that other parts of this facility are safe to be donating plasma.

“Skip” never listens and always puts the cuff on me line she wants the damn arm to fall off. Its always to the point, my arm, its purple and blue. Mark is the only one i trust doing things right. Shame cause Its a full staff. Literally rating right as I donate I’m so upset. This is my 17th donation and its just getting worse and worse each time.

If I could give this less than one star I would. I wonder if the employees, though pleasant, are either lazy or incompetent. This is my 3rd visit and the third time it has taken at least 3 hours to complete a donation. Either hire more people, severely limit the number of clients you accept per day, or go strictly to an appointment based system.

My name didn’t sign perfect and the old lady didn’t like it so they told me to leave even though I ended up just printing it for her. Nothing is ever good enough for these people. They want u to give them all a trophy for coming to work. The men are great but I have not met one nice women unfortunately.

Mark and his team are amazing! He works nights so I come when I know he is working. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and so respectful. He keeps everything running smoothly and should be the guy in charge because of his dedication to the work he does.

They feel very cheap. They don’t have enough chairs so people are always sitting on the floor. They never have enough people working and they don’t even have squeeze balls for donating. Extremely cheap

This place has inexperienced staff, as I started to leave my arm was bleeding through the bandage, the needle was left in my arm for over 10min. Which is a very long time in here. I would not recommend anyone who cares about saving lives to go here. Last time donating, feel bad dedicated over 5 years of service. ✌️

Was turned away two days in a row. The website said I could show up at 2 pm as a first-time donor and would be seen. But when I got there, sat for 20 mins while staff just looked at me not helping till i walked up to someone. Who said they don’t see new donors after 12! The lady told me to come back between 9 am and 10 am the next day so I could donate at a non hectic time. Okay, fine. Showed up a little past 9 am, and a dude said they aren’t taking new donors. That isn’t what their website says or even a sign on the door. Like I get it, new donors take time to get established, but yall need to communicate better.

If it weren’t for the money you receive it would be a waste of your time to save lives with this company because all of their locations like to change hours on the fly. Just drove 30 minutes just to see a locked door and a sign they could’ve put up a week ago saying they would randomly close at 1:30 today.

If I could give it zero stars I would. However they do not respect people’s time here. I had to see medical again for a bruise I had on my arm after the first visit. Told me I couldn’t donate. Came back a week and a half later & I had to go to medical again. Medical is taking over an hour to sit and wait just to be seen for my bruise I no longer had. Then it was so packed by that time I had to wait another 2 hours to even donate all together. For my second time actually donating it was 3 hours. Ridiculous.
