The people at the vitals stations shouldnt be taking 10 minutes per person to do their job, they wait till theres maybe 15 people in line before they stop socializing and get to work. Yet there are still vitals ladies that stand around pretending to work and look busy next to the phone when its not ringing nor are there people waiting to be helped. The nurses in the back all congregate together one 1 room talking, hiding, laughing on their phones and close the door when donors notice. Edgar one of the “managers” tells everyone to go to him when theres issues because the other manager will not let their mistakes pass and he covers everything up. This center needs an evaluation, and really needs to see what their employees are up to, they dont care about donors, becareful here because you DONT matter.

I was made fun of. I’m a US Army Veteran with 23 years serving my country and the lady who did my check made fun of my DD214. She went as far as calling it fake. When another veteran call her off on it she said, oh well. I made a mistake if you guys don’t like it the door is wide open. When I asked her about my money she said all you guys want is the money. Get a job in front of her coworkers who giggled at her comment.

I’ve been trying to come and sell my plasma three times. I understand that the first time takes a while but waiting for them to do the first check up to 3 hours is ridiculous. I do not recommend this location whatsoever. The people in the front judge you hardcore not going to lie, they talk a lot of gossip and stuff. They don’t even look at you like a human. If you want to sell your plasma, go ahead but clear your schedule.

Always having to wait in line for a long time.. the vitals line should move quickly. I currently see 3 different people standing behind #3 just ignoring at the fact there is 21 people in line just waiting on vitals. There is only 2 people actually taking vitals.. there should be all 7 booths open.. kinda ridiculous! You guys need to do better, most people do not want wait in line for vitals. I dislike how it’s just getting worse every year. I hear from your staff how alot of people call in especially knowing that you guys are SHORT STAFF. If those people keep on calling in every so often why not get rid of them? Actually, hire people that want have a career with CSL.

This is my 3rd center. And by far my favorite. Always clean. Employees are always polite every day, but my favorite days are when everyone is singing. The donor floor staff is always in a great mood. I like how they recognize me on sight and a couple of them come over to greet me. I bruise in a hard wind and have a lot of visits with the nurses and every time, lovely people. I like how the lead/supervisors are always showing positive leadership and thanks the outgoing staff for their hard work of the day. Corporate America could learn TONS from this center and any HR leadership should package the culture of this center and clone it. Thanks ya’ll. Its a pleasure I look forward to 2x a week.

I got suspended because they saw I was with someone that was recently incarcerated a year ago which just gave me a ride there and I didn’t know about, they couldn’t talk to me about it or explain to me what was going on they just told me I couldn’t donate anymore after 5 times I had donated without a problem. Also they can’t tell me in how long am I going to be able to donate. Bad customer service also they just turn away like I’m nothing when asked for an explanation and help to log in so foolish.

First time donor and my experience at this location was the best. Big wave of people but got in and out in no time. Very professional staff for in processing. Big shout-out to Daniel working in the back taking donations. Daniel checked on me every chance he got and calmed the nerves. Great job Daniel!

The staff is very friendly. All except for one who is in vitals. I’m not too sure what her name is, I want to say Nichole…but I’m not too sure. She is always saying next English speaking…or next English only…or next English questions. I have actually seen her send people back to the line because they don’t speak English. That can be humiliating for someone. I have been in line when people just keep saying the person behind them can go just to avoid going with her. She is rude and always has an attitude.
