They refuse to answer the phone. I drove from sweetwater to donate with the expectations to make it home with the gas money to get home with an additional $20. It would’ve helped me more than I can explain. Instead I get there to be told that I can’t donate and now I’m stuck here with no way to get home and I’m truly in a situation that is going to make me miss work and have no way home. I’m the future it would be nice to have some type of notification or communication, to keep this from happening to other people that real are relying on the service you offer.

Great place if the right employees are there and someone really needs to Crack down on smokers by the front door. If you can’t update your stuff like freezers yall gonna lose a lot of people to the new bioplasma place in town.

Depending on who u get in check in, if your temp is .02 degrees over 99.5 they won’t let u donate. Anytime I’ve ever been over in temp, I’ve always had a person ask me to sit in the waiting room for 5 min and then we would try 1 last time. This guy told me I couldn’t donate at all today, and that every other person that allowed me to sit and let my temperature regulate was wrong. Mind you, it was 40 degrees outside and I had 2 coats on, of coarse I was a little hot! So I guess this review is a 1 star because there is lack of consistency. Be more consistent when training your employees, because some will let you try again and apparently some won’t, and this leads to very confused and frustrated doners…

Horrible management! Employees are rude and more concerned about talking to eachother than paying attention, long waits, and you are grossly underpaid!!

Got deferred for a day because my person who checks heart rate and takes the blood sample didn’t know what she was doing. Otherwise okay when you are seeing staff that is properly trained.

RUDE staff. If not rude to your face then they are talking about other donors behind their backs. Then if someone complains the entire situation is turned around so you are the one at fault. They ALL stick together in order to make sure it seems they are the victims and the donors are causing a problem. They do disrespect donors in all sort of manners both at front end area and back donor area.

If you come later in the evening like 5 or after, they’ll say something’s wrong with you like high blood pressure or high temperature and you can’t donate. I came the very next morning and I was fine… I talked to other donors too and they said the same thing.

I was turned away my first time back even after calling and confirming it was ok to come in.. I told her my location and that I was a first time donor(lapsed)She even verified it w an other employee. After driving an hour one way when I arrived the lady at the counter said no.. My husband got turned away another time for something else due to being short handed.. Shouldnt be our problem.. Some of us drive a long way.Takes a long time usually. Definitely need more staff.
