Awesome place to donate! Very quick at screenings process the pay is way better than any other one in town! The staff is helpful and prompt about disconnecting me from the machine! The other labs blow my veins or stick to deep or don’t hit the vein and the machine randomly stops! Have not had any issues other than my protein levels being a little low which is my fault! I don’t ever feel when they stick me and the staff is super friendly!

As a two year platinum donor with hundreds of hours spent donating plasma at csl, I can assure you, you’d be better off donating behind a dumpster with a used needle than using csl. Unpredictable changing payments, poorly trained staff, insane wait times, and just a terrible experience. Don’t give them the chances I did, and switch.

CSL on 34th and Bell really needs to step up their process. Their floor staff is nice, but it’s getting in that’s the problem. The line just about reaches the door, and oftentimes, they get down to one or two intake people. They need to hire someone who is just desk staff, so the intake people don’t have to keep running when the phone rings;

The screening team are awesome and go as quick as they can. Very helpful. The team in the actual donation area is a different story. It’s pretty frustrating when your in there for way longer then necessary because some of the team are just messing around. There are two girls who are there working every time I go and are SO unprofessional. Constantly just yelling across to eachother messing around, pretending to run to eachother on the floor. Holding eachother, dancing yelling Spanish and English so loud even while hooking is up. Literally standing there brushing their eyelashes and each others eyelashes instead of hooking up several people waiting to be hooked up. They are just rude the whole time and do not belong in that environment. It’s every single time.

Forgive the messed up name. Low score because FDA removed the donation restriction on individuals living in UK during Mad Cow outbreak in May 2022. CSL receptionist states they are still following the old rules

This place is totally run by racial preference. I’m a white man. When the black and brown employees see white people, excluding friends and co-workers, they run for their lives. They lie to white men. They threatened to take half my donation reward for needing to use the bathroom. Two days prior, I witnessed a csl employee demanding to be disconnected because she said she felt “done.” I’ve seen the employees disconnecting other donars and co-workers before they were done donating and let then collect full pay. Also white folk know that you will wait as long as they can make you wait. I was told using the restroom would result in half my donation reward being stolen by the employees at csl. The corporate office issues full payment for any donation recipients. That means the people running your facility is stealing any amount from over the full amount. That means if your pay out for full donation in your second donation is the week is 60 dollars. Csl is paid $150,000.00, that’s one hundred and fifty thousand dollars per 850ml bottle of plasma collected. They are profiting off the less fortune and poverty level of their donars. This is exploitation. It’s illegal. It’s a crime. And b you can sue them civilly.
