I was here last weekend and watched Pina have attitude with each and every donor that came in. She had the worst attitude with me and I even seen her get upset with the security guard because he was trying to help another donor. While I was waiting, I kept hearing her talk to each and every donor very disrespectful. I believe that if she does not like her job she shouldn’t be working here. Other donors that were waiting were saying that they didn’t know why she was still working here. This lady is super disrespectful to everyone here. If you don’t want to lose donors, get rid of her.

I went and donated 2 days ago, the person sticking me didn’t know what the hell she was doing so I ended up bruised… I went back today to donate again and get the second donation for the week. I called them and asked what day the week restarts at… they told me Sunday. So I came in today and they told me it was 35… I spoke to a manager and they said whoever told me that was wrong… so I would avoid this location because the people that work there, aren’t very bright and suck at their job

Today was my 5th donation and I’m impressed with how well staffed and efficient that the staff and technicians operate with. It’s amazing to see the actual process take place, and then realize how important my donation is in reference to the number of patients that it can assist.
