This place is horrible, the staff is horrible, they all talk about each other behind their back, almost like they got no faith in each other… what a team. They’re going to end up running that place to the ground. Where is management in all this?? Guess they have favorites. The staff make it seem like they don’t care about their job, like they don’t want to be there. A coworker of mine went to donate 2 days ago and got left with such a big bruise and he said that the girl who stuck him was cold and looked like she didn’t want to be there and hurt him, and didn’t even really speak to him. Not that great customer service… its your job to deliver customer service and be comforting considering you’re handling needles and veins. They might be somewhat quick with their job, but they don’t care.

They are good workers but I am not gonna donate plasma anymore. Enjoy helping people out, but for the price for giving, cannot do it anymore. The fact is, I know that things are making thousands of our plasma and I guess i’m just selfish

The lines are so long does not matter what time you come in 2-3 sometime 4 hours just to get little pay either the pay increase or the lines need to be shorter this is ridiculous

This center is very clean. Great custodial work. The staff are attentive courteous and efficient. Today Jacqueline gave me important information concerning my donation experience to make my next visit even better. Highly recommend this location and personally commend all of it’s staff!

I think the scales are off I been going to this location and when I weight myself somewhere else my weight is less than when they weight me at csl . I think they should replace the scales .

There’s an older lady at this place named Norma that was hurrying me up while talking to my wife so they can seat me and draw plasma the seat they were going to put me on was ready but I had to make a last min decision on going to the restroom.

If the atmosphere was a tad more friendly I’d give it a higher rating then 3 stars. I can’t lie and say they are not professional with their work, However a good attitude could go a long way and make the donating experience allot better leaving me with the feeling of wanting to come back next time to this location. Comparing it to other plasma centers this one is not a very friendly environment; Again I can not lie not all of the staff carries them self this way, there are a select few that are people persons. but the majority of the staff just has a certain attitude to best describe it “I’m just here for a check” we can no longer be given service with a smile, however we can be given service with kindness and concern. overall professional but very uptight

This place is so unorganized and the staff doesn’t communicate with each other at all. The last 2 times I’ve been here, I’ve had to leave because of the unprofessional staff. Today I had to do the whole process from questions, vitals, and arm checks TWICE, because staff doesnt keep each other updated on patients. All I had to do was the physical and yet I couldnt even get that done because they insisted I redo the questions and vitals again. When it was finally time for me to wait for my physical, I waited for an HOUR with no one calling me in. When I finally had enough with waiting and i told them I was going to leave the lady told me I was next to be called. How convenient. In response to all of that, all I got was a “sorry I’m confused” from one of the staff memebers. No one seemed to listen or care every time I told them I just had to do the physical. All I would get is a silent nod and then get moved to a different room or back to the waiting area. Not to mention that a patient left a blood trail down the hallway and none of the staff noticed until I told someone. You would think they would at least be on top of something like that. This place is a mess.

Crooked and most unorganized place I have ever been to they don’t check if items are defective before putting you in I lost a whole Pint of blood over a defective bowl because of air detection they put me on it was a bad set up from the start and I feel like what the manager did was a personal issue with me we must live in same city or something and because of their poor operations and management skill I got Deferred for 56 days I believe the manager should be fired. And if I could choose to pick no stars i would ….
