I have so many complaints that I don’t know where to start. The machines or the workers, or both are trash. First, they had 5 different people stick me to find my vein and they couldn’t. So a worker started slamming stuff around and hit me with a cart. I told her she hit me and she just looked at me and kept going. I feel very disrespected because they didn’t not care about my saying what so ever. When I asked to remove the needle cause they were hurting me they told me if I didn’t allow them to continue I wasn’t gonna be able to donate for 50 days.I was in so much pain and they did not care. I do not recommend this place. Terrible customer service as well, my partner was waiting for me in the lobby since I was there for about 2 hours and when walking out, the Representative from the front said “finally she left”. I’m honestly shocked with this type of behavior specially coming from a big company that’s supposed to know better. If you’re think about donating here don’t. Save yourself the pain is not worth those lame $35.

Went to donate today well tried, the receptionist, took my driver license, and social security, and didn’t say anything, then went back there for interview and chart creation, and I got the rudest, female, she said my social security and my driver’s license didn’t match, and I said we’ll I’ve never had a problem I do my taxes and the ORS takes it, and she said raising her voice, (ma’am I’m just letting you know, we don’t take id’s like this I told her you don’t have to raise your voice, I was just pointing out to you I’ve never had a problem, then she said well I’m not going t take it it does not match she looked in dome data base, and she said one of your last names does not match, and I said well they belong to both my parents, I got my id’s and walked out and told the receptionist that the lady didn’t take my id’s and she was very rude, I didn’t get her name but she walked crooked, she looked like she was out to get everyone else,, will never go back

Low pay! know two different locations that pay 50 dollars More and still have monthly prices.Not like them that it’s either a price raffle or bonus and at times they don’t have any!!!! Even if your a gold member and have been donating more the 100 times with them.

They scammed me did not receive award. My machine wasn’t working and not returning the blood so the machine kept beeping so a nurse can fix it. And I waited 30 minutes for a nurse to actually come and help. There was NO ONE on the floor and I looked around and all the nurses were bundled up laughing and talking not paying attention to any of the patients. Until finally someone came they just pulled my needle out so it can have a slower run instead of switching arms, I was there for over 3 hours because no one was there to help or pay attention to the people donating.

I was told I couldn’t donate because my temperature was 0.1 off from their limit. I feel perfectly fine I don’t get sick often and just because my temperature was off by that 0.1 I’ll have to wait another day to come. Not a pleasant experience having to get told to basically buzz off.

The experience is overall okay if you get a Phlebotomist to do the Venipuncture correctly in your arm without hurting you, it feels nice to know that you can help others from your Donation.

Horrible a “New girl” saposally!! Did this to my Husband. He lost alot of blood and was poked incorrectly he didn’t have bruising at first but as days passed his arm started looking worse by the day it’s been 2 weeks now and this is his arm he is still in pain , and all they can say is they are sorry! Going to contact a attorney soon For advise. Ps. He had been To To BPL before and never have they ever left him like this!
