Probably one of the better plasma locations. Most of the staff is friendly. They have a really nice waiting room closed off from the donation area so that family and even children can wait while others donate. Vending machines in waiting room. Line for donors moves rather fast. The only complaint I would have is the time it takes to get hooked and unhooked for donation but it’s not too bad.

Caught me on a bad day today! I was waiting well over 10 mins before someone came to stick my arm.. the girl that was supposed to do it stuck the girl next to me.. completely ignored me..went on her break, I’m assuming because she took off her little machine everyone carries around and left!!! She’s not new I don’t know her name but she’s a senior/lead person there..so that was rude!

i have been waiting to get poked, after they called the section for almost 40 mins. i see the nurse in my section just talking to someone that has been serviced; looks at me and continues to talk. they have no care for others time. expect to waste 1-4 hours coming here.

It is a very busy center but I’m normally in and out within an hour of getting there. There are some really bad times to go, but I go in the early mornings. I’m always greeted with a happy smile.
