Thanks to my donation I was able to afford some new kicks! I’ve never had an issue with bruising or bleeding after I remove my tourniquet bandage either. And that’s what deterred me from wanting to donate longer than a few weeks. I’m so glad that I didn’t give up and I tried the South New Braunfels location. This place sucks. Everyone needs to be fired and it go under new management. These people just stand around and talk while there is only one person doing vitals. They talk about a potluck and who should bring what, REALLY!!! I’ve been calling since yesterday afternoon and the phone just beeps like it’s off the hook. THIS PLACE NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT

Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE! I wish I was being dramatic. This is definitely the WORST plasma place I have ever been too.. they ALWAYS bruised me.. I couldn’t ever donate twice in the same week cause it seemed like most the staff was undertrained (especially on “sticking”) and I left bruised.. and then they try to make it seem like it’s your fault.
