DO NOT DONATE AT THIS LOCATION. The people do not care about your time. They literally allowed me to donate every time wearing a sweatshirt and then I guess one lady decided she wanted to ruin my day and told me that I couldn’t donate due to my sweatshirt after I had waited in line for 30 minutes. This lady didn’t even care to allow me to skip the line so I could just get my shirt out of the car. These people are heartless. The only guy there that stood out to me in a positive light was Eddie and he took my blood, he was gentle and caring when doing so. I will never come back to this location again. They treat you like a bunch of sheep.

This facility has some of the most ignorant staff members working here I have ever met in my 30+ years of life. Maybe there needs to be a review of the interview process, but the professionalism is non existent. No offense but I hate when I see black people taking advantage of an opportunity. The donors can hear you talking about us. Especially if all you do is turn around while standing right in front of us. I wouldn’t be here if I didn’t need the money. That’s self explanatory. Even more specific I wouldn’t want to get to know a single one of the people I have come into contact with here at this location with the exception of maybe a handful of these people. (Reader if you do not take anything else from what I said here listen when I say) Do not come here go elsewhere! They exceed the ghetto and ignorant threshold and I believe that they are setting the standard for the future. I would not recommend this place to a deaf-mute. If I had anything to do with it I’d fire all of you, post the openings and make you all interview against fresh faces for your jobs since you all try your best to look like you hate being here. The environment Is not the problem at all, I’ve seen poor environments. The staff here are just very successful at being very bad and unprofessional that’s not our fault at all.

I think they don’t wash there needles when they take a blood test on you. Just by taking a blood test my finger got infected the next day and it started growing more.

During my last two visits, .Ms. Danny was very instrumental at significantly minimizing my anxiety during the plasma process, by constantly checking on me, Joseph Reed, thus assuring that I was ok. She went above and beyond the call of duty by preventing me from having an anxiety attack. Her passion was unwavering and her effort will not go unnoticed!! I love her!!

Went in today and I read and answered all questions correctly. Just like I always do but somehow in there system it shows different which has to keep leading me to medical which I don’t have time for. Something is definitely off with there system and they need to fix it

Did not explain the extent of the New Donor terms fully to me so when I went in to donate again my card was loaded with 50.00 dollars. Horrible. The staff were unapologetic and just stated there was nothing they could do. A total breakdown in communication. I won’t be returning to this location. IF U ARE A NEW DONOR, YOU HAVE 30 DAYS TO GO IN AND COLLECT THE ADVERTISED 100.00, ANY TIME AFTER THAT, EXPECT 50.00 EDIT: CALLED 1-800 Number to no avail, it was basically a regurgitation of what the center told me. They apologize for not explaining the new donor program properly but there’s nothing they can do. As I said, find somewhere else to donate plasma.

Two years ago, I was deferred over being homeless. The manager told me then to bring in a proof of residency in order to be eligible again. I brought that in today and was told that my deferral was permanent. For being homeless. I have a home now and I’m told I still can’t donate because I was homeless 2 years ago. I’m not going silent over this. These people are heartless cowards.

This place is horrible. I’ve been here for 3 hours, and I’m still waiting to get plugged. They will literally make you wait for hours. And if you don’t say anything, they’ll just miss ya. Ok , here is an update as of June 27 2003. I waited a whole hour in the chair before I got stuck. That’s after waiting a hour in the lobby . Ms Rosie stuck me , and somehow towards the end, my arm began to swell. They told me that since I couldn’t finish, that they can’t give me all of my pay. This has been a horrible experience

There is usually alot of people here. However the center is properly staffed to handle the flow of donors. I strongly feel the exceed expectations in the Plasma market of Houston . Do recommend to new donors. In and out in a timely manner.
