As much as I enjoy donating to give back to my community, this place sure makes it hard to do at times. I will go here and there will literally be only 1 single person hooking people up to donate while the rest either stand around or go in the back area. At least the people here are nice most of the time because it gets ridiculous with the amount of time you’re left waiting with a single person working the whole room.

They hardly ever have enough employees because they let the employees constantly call in. They sometimes can’t even stick donors due to lack of employees. The employees end up keeping their job even though they constantly cost them 100s of thousands of dollars in plasma. This place is very poorly managed and the employees don’t care who’s time they waist.

This company is poor at communicating and the payments should be more they deferr people to quickly and always never prepared for work sometimes you have to wait and hour or you wait time and gas because they’re closed due to staff not coming to work especially on days before a holidays it’s poor management there and some workers are rude and come in with attitudes and as customers we are there to get the little money that they give and it’s not much as it is and everyone has problems but this place needs change

This center, as well as other plasma donation centers in this area, either don’t want to fill staff shortages or simply don’t care. CSL barely fills 2 bays on the donor floor due to lack of proper working equipment and lack of supplies, not just lack of staffing. And I really hate the fact that CSL-Waco has turned out to be this way. My first plasma donation was here in 2020 & boy, has the center gone to sh*t!

I have been to CSL centers all over Texas because I travel and this place in Waco is absolutely the worst by far the staff is rude and always complaining the wait times are ridiculous now that there are 2 other centers in Waco the is no reason to use this place

I want to try it for a second time. I thought maybe they have changed They’ve changed a little, but the stickers one guy jabbed the needle hard in my arm and it bruised so bad I tried to do the left arm on the next time and they did it again so I will not be going back. That was back in 4-2023.

Bro Look Out I Love This Place And I’m A Hustler So It’s Easy Guaranteed Money Have Had All Good Experience s until this day. JUNE 21, 20 Fucking 21 for some STUPID ASS REASON there systems are DOWN and they still let people donate BUT everyone who donated does it for money at least I do that’s it IDGAF about anyone in there I’m about the money everyone is pissed TF off because nobodys money has hit there card or getting paid I donated at 8:00 AM when they opened. I’ma be specific I left at 9:45 the lady who unstuck me told me the problem OK cool. No no no She said it would take 30 to 45 minutes. So ok cool I got someone I gotta pay back real serious person a killer. Right Sooooooooo It’s 2:02 PM and I have not gotten paid yet. Usually I would do some crazy shit butttt I’m not the only one and I don’t want to go to jail. So I’ma just be Patient Walked in once talked to the staff. They told me the systems had just came back on that was around 45 mins ago from 2:04 PM. So I feel like if I go back in it’s not gonna be good woman or male. So I’ma just chill and wait like a normal human being because I’m a changed man. I love y’all but y’all NEED TO GET YALLS SHIT TOGETHER.

Worst Plasma center ever. The new center manager has the audacity to be down right disrespectful even after the center management called me fat and over weight and was harassing me. Sam the assistant center manager and the new center manager (Alicia) are absolutely great examples of what CSL Plasma does NOT represent. After 7 tears of being a return donor I hope CSL corporate office is aware of what goes on here. I warm everyone to stay away from CSL Plasma in Waco. Furthermore to say I was vulgar for reporting inappropriate behavior I saw staff members doing is ridiculous. Everyone stay away from this Plasma center!
