This was a new experience for me, but I’ve tried donating at a different company in Waco. The folks at Temple CSL were great. Much better than the other place. They treated me like a person, not just some animal waiting to be milked. The atmosphere was pleasant and the employees all seemed very nice and competent. I would definitely recommend this company!

Went several times without issue, but the second to last time I went I ended up with some bruising. When I went back in for the last time, I asked to use the other arm because of the bruise, and they flat out said, “there is no bruising here” despite the fact that you could very clearly see a bruise on my arm. At this appointment they placed the needle incorrectly, and instead of just switching to the other arm, they “adjusted” it about 15 times, which was extremely painful. It hurt so bad through the entire process, and left me with a gigantic painful bruise for two full weeks after. Definitely won’t be going back if they think it’s acceptable to treat donors like that.

Good place to donate. It gets busy at times but the gals up front work hard to get you thru quick as they can. Margie and Danielle are so awesome…there’s one fella that takes a million breaks while we’re all waiting in line to be seen and dilly dallys while the girls bust their butts, it’s frustrating to watch when your in line for almost an hour. In the back the best phlebotomist i trusted is no longer there but they work hard and have good people stickin ya.ive been a regular donor for months with no issues

The staff was absolutely terrible to my wife after the lights went off on the 8th in the storm the workers were scattering around yanking and pulling on people’s Ivy’s forgetting that they use the scissors on the IV but still continued to threaten my wife 56-day referral because she wasn’t getting all her blood back turned out looks like I need some more training or properly training because they forgot that they put the clamp on her IV she did nothing wrong but because she said supposed to be professionals they felt sensitive and that she had attitude because she expressed her boys in regards to them not being properly trained or doing their job title correctly why their yanking on her arm I feel like that was the terrible display of professionalism that I ever seen they need to do way better so now she has a permanent deferral why because they don’t know how to do their job do better CSL do better than what your doing why call and complain y’all don’t care about us obvious by the way you treat us and make sure that your staff’s aren’t on a power trip.that would be nice

As of Aug 26 2023 1153hrs I have currently been here for almost 10 minutes and no one has approached me nor told me anything that is currently going on. I have not been hooked up at all. This is ridiculous and needs to improve IMMEDIATELY.

Every time I come here, I keep getting deferred for something different. But when I go to the doctor everything is fine. Won’t be wasting my time coming here anymore.

I always enjoy coming in the plasma center to see the small on the face of your workers it would be great if you paid $100 to every one every time we donate we are saving lives right.

I waste my time going here. I stand in the long line, get checked and then sent to medical for bruising that they cause. I’m then told I can’t donate. So I’m told I can’t donate more than I can. No compensation either for their errors. I’ve even been told I can’t donate because of a skin tag on my arm. Total waste of time!

This place is a joke. Theu make you jump through hoops as well as STAND in like for sometimes 2 plus hours. Then make sure sure you don’t have any improfections on your skin because they will treat you like a dope head and send you to there3 fake “medical” to try and get people out. If you go there enough you will hear almost every employee complain about hating there job or complaining about to many people being in there.
