I’m sorry to have leave such a review, but this is just not the place to donate. They don’t have their stuff together. I filled out everything right online, it told me to go in to donate. I drive 30 min 1 way only to be told that “oh, sorry.. we stop taking new walk ins at 2” (I arrived at 2:15)

I don’t donate often but, on 9/06 I went to this location. I did my questions online and when getting to get my vitals checked was not aware I needed to scan at the kiosk. I was advised to do so by the team lead who was helping me, then as I walk to the kiosk I hear(Gaby) the worker next to the team lead helping me say “some of them don’t know how to read” and I heard her. I didn’t mention anything to her since I am and adult and I didn’t want to embarrass her but that was extremely rude and unprofessional.

I love this place everyone was very helpful. They kept checking on me making sure I was good. That was a big plus for me. I did get a little overheated and they came with some ice packs .. to cool me down. I felt very safe and good hands. The process went very smooth. It wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be ., I loved it was very clean. had a little snacks bottle waters for people for some reason if you needed it. I will definitely be coming back…

Bro the lady who took my needle out, didn’t cover it with gauze. She took the needle out of my arm, and just let me bleed all my over myself, I had to ask her for gauze. Then when I was getting ready to leave she had the nerve to tell me “be careful, you lost a lot of blood today”

I’m still quite new, but from my 2 experiences I was very satisfied with my service and treatment. The staff are all very friendly and have great positive attitudes. They are all very professional and knowledgeable. I’m the type of person that asks a LOT of questions and each person I talked to was patience and explained the process and answered my questions in a very easy to understand way. Excellent bedside manner and gentle caring techs. The only complaint I have is the way the debit card is setup. I’ve never had a fee-per-use debit card and it was hard for me to find an atm that I could withdraw from without penalty. Other than that, I will probably be going back as a regular. Thanks to all the staff who made me feel comfortable and safe.

I don’t really understand why people are giving this place bad review? First time donor today; I went in at 12:30 and was out by 3:00! I went through a series of screening to make sure I could donate and donated plasma. It only took 36 minutes for the plasma 🙂 Y’all! Healthy diet high in protein and no sugar will get you out quicker! Make sure you drink plenty of water! Every staff encounter was awesome! All kind, courteous, and professional.
