My first visit was yesterday, everyone was very kind and helpful. I wasn’t able to donate yesterday because they were having a hard time finding a vain. They told me to drink a gallon of water and come back tomorrow. Did that, I was able to donate today and it was a very smooth process. The emplyee Theo is very kind, funny, and makes you feel welcomed.

This survey asks for pictures, but picture taking is not allowed. Always have the same diet, Give times are typically consistent, yet when there is a draw or return problem, the tech starts asking what have I been eating? Why can’t they just admit “the stick” has more to do with the donation than anything else?

Should’ve listened to the reviews and went somewhere else. The staff here is not welcoming or kind, especially with it being my first donation at this center. The floor lead and another worker Alicia were gossiping the entire time about everyone like this is a high school and had no concern for the donors. I finished my donation and was left on the machine for almost 30 mins afterwards and had to use the restroom at that point, but they continued to walk past me like I wasn’t there. I am back for my second donation of the week and although my account was fine that day my account has now been flagged because they say I was yelling and causing a disturbance which I wasn’t and said I’d be permanently deferred if it happened again when all I did was raise my hand to use the restroom and it wasn’t in the middle of my donation at all. I asked to speak to a manager about it before I left the building and nobody ever even called. Clearly they only care about themselves here and because they are short staffed they couldn’t care less if you’re mistreated. Can’t wait til I’m out of my new donation period so I can leave this location and NEVER come back.

I joined during a five-visits for $110 promotion. I completed three donations within 2 weeks and when I showed up for my 4th donation the second week, they told me that effective September 1 the rates changed so too bad for me, I only get $47 instead of the $110 I was promised. CSL should be ashamed to be ripping off donors when they already make money hand over fist.

The back technician by the name of Charles was absolutely rude, you are told that if you have any questions about the process or the machines to feel free to ask, but when a part of the process concerned me and I tried to inquire about it, he very condescendingly informed me that I knew nothing about the machine or how its lights worked(even though that’s what I was trying to ascertain) and not to bother eith any of it. Also my wife comes to donate with the same skirt she has worn multiple times since starting to donate at this location about a year ago, and today a technician in the back by the name of Miguel singled her out, after my wife told him that she is in fact wearing shorts underneath and that no one had one said anything about it before he proceeded to tell her that it was CLS policy, which is something I’ve never heard, and if there was a policy change why were patients not informed via email or the app? Is that not what those are essentially for? If it was such an issue how did the individuals at the front desk not say anything to her as she stood in line to check in? Why did non of the technician who check you in say nothing to my wife and clear her for the plasma floor? Why was it that no one said anything to her as she walked to be hooked up? multiple women on the floor with skirts(some as short as my wifes) who came in after and my wife was the only one who’s skirt lengths he seemed concerned about. Maybe in the future have a female employee handle a situationlike that because i watched as he preped other women in skirts and didn’t approach them in the way he did my wife(because it’s very easy to hear over peoples conversations and he wasnt quiet when he said it to my wife) The only difference i saw was that the girls in skirts after my wife were skiner and my wife was heavy set. Is it appropriate to wear skirts but only if you dont weigh over a certain ammount?? Large women beware ypu must wear burlap sacks whem coming to thia location.

My first visit. As I walked in there were women at the front but no one greeted me, after a minute I was greeted an offered refreshments. That was nice. Once testing was complete I was able to go to the donation room In the back, Charles Shelli, Lisaraye and a tall black guy with really long dress had the BEST customer service all of them where simply AMAZING!! They all went above and beyond. They deserve raises!! The front can learn some customer service skills from them.

Most of the phlebotomists are more interested in their personal drama than taking good care of the people giving plasma.

Maybe the worst place in all creation to deal with. Staff is so incompetent. They have bruised my arm 2 times and kinked a house causing a bulb to burst. After bruising my arm extremely over cautious about donating even after initially allowing me to donate 2 times with a bruise that they caused by giving me restick order then all of a sudden decided that I couldn’t donate. Even though the bruise was hardly even noticable and could only make out a faint outline of a bruise that isn’t even within 3 inches of the stick point. If you are closer to any other option go there for sure. Bio Plasma, octaplasm are two other options. I’ve gone there efor and guess how many times they have bruised my arm? That’s right zero times. Oh and I dont bruise easily. I only wish zero stars was an option…..
