Went in for the first time to donate ,was a bit apprehensive from reading some reviews but I have to give 5 stars to CSL PLASMA at this location my experience was wonderful . From enrollment ,to examination, to the actual drawing of blood, par excellence. I would recommend CSL plasma at this location to anyone.The Entire STAFF made me feel at ease I will return I even took my husband and he doesn’t like needles.The entire staff very Professional and Compassionate. Rude staff. Lady at the front desk yelled to the back asking “who wanted to do a new donor” and I can clearly hear another lady in the back stating she didn’t while a male rolled his eyes and stated he didn’t either. Waited for an hour after signing in on a clipboard and decided to walk out as process wasn’t explained and no one wanted to preform their job anyway.

I went in today as a NEW DONOR at 7am and they asked me to sign on a clip board and have a seat. I waited with another new donor until 8AM! That is ridiculous, then we were explained it can be ANOTHER 3 or 4 HOURS!! I walked out. I was not impressed by this facility at all. I have donoted other places and CSL is worst experience ever.

Became a new donor and was on my second donation lady with blonde hair very short and somewhat high voice with glasses brown skinned woman cost me my new donor bosus for the next few times due to setting up my machine too face tubes were bent to where there was no blood flow and caused my glass to break with a full cup of blood that couldn’t be returned… I wasn’t going to come here to say anything but she gave me this snooty look like it wasn’t her fault and didn’t take ownership… Treated me like a nobody….

Unprofessional. They are rude and one of the ladies really hurt me and I almost cried when she poked me and kept moving the needle while it was inside of me. The woman who screened me was too busy gossiping and didn’t communicate with me what I needed to do next. Very unprofessional!!
