This used to be a fast pace place and I never waited to long but since I started going back this center has been very slow the workers don’t care about the donors they give attitude and sit there looking at u while both lines are full but they have open beds to seat people it’s ridiculous I was here for 2 1/2 hours just to get vitals and still they don’t care. No one cares or comes to work sad because they used to be so good n quick

This place is terrible these days its so slow and it’s not worth the money anymore. The last month this place has gone severely down hill. Unless you really need some cash don’t come here. It’s gonna take 3 hrs it used to only take an hour and get in and out now what an effin joke. However Isiah is the only reason I come here if he ever leaves so will I unless the change back to how they used to be.

I am not very happy with this place, DO NOT GO HERE GO TO BIO Life. My husband went here and on his second donation they put the needle in too far and his arm started swelling at the site. They decided to use the other arm and the tech “accidentally” cut the line so his red blood cells couldn’t be returned. He was deferred for 8 weeks And when he went back to restart/ continue new doner he had a lot of issues with getting the bonuses. They still have not paid the full amount of bonuses.

The staff is great and respectful, snacks and water are available to those who might want them, and as a first time donor everything was explained clearly. While the process of settling in was long, it was by no fault of the staff. I had an incident where I began to feel light headed and my arm a bit tingly and was immediately taken off of the machine and treated. 100% percent coming back to this location again.

The staff is extremely sweet and although they were busy, they all worked efficiently. Stephanie, the receptionist who helped me, was extremely kind and knowledgeable! She answered any and all questions that I had. I recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a pleasant experience while donate plasma.

I love going here. All of the nurses and people who take vitals are great. When I get to the back where the phlebotomist are they are even better. Some of them call me Mama Bear and my husband is Pop pop. They all have great PR skills.

There was a two hour wait until I could be seated to donate. I understand droves of people coming in but I don’t understand why there’s not enough staff. Management needs to hire more staff to give the current staff a break! They’re constantly overwhelmed and overworked in my opinion.

Been donating for awhile. The staff are overworked at CSL downtown and the wait time is pushing 3 hours…even after doing pre questions on the CSL app. PLEASE hire more techs. Take care of the overworked staff…cater them lunch or offer them a food truck!

Tried to get on the app today, It logged me out and refused to let me relog in. When I called the center they put me on hold and left me there. When I hung up and called again I get the busy signal. This is unacceptable customer service
