First time donor, showed up clean and washed, waited for an hour and a half in multiple poorly cooled areas only to get told I was being deferred for fraudulent ‘body odor’ complaints despite no direct complaints from any of the other possible donors. Tried to complain to management but it went undelivered. Avoid these discriminatory bigots.

It feels like the staff are always moving at a sloths pace at best. Stand in multiple lines waiting 30 minutes in each. I don’t know if it’s an understaffing issue but this needs to be addressed because it feels like the staff do not value our time at all, BioLife is so much quicker and efficient

Not a bad review for CSL but a TERRIBLE review for North Lane the card service they use. My wife has been donating for a while here and every time the card is loaded with money, North lane is taking AT LEAST $15 in “adjustments” and when you call to get some information on the adjustment, they tell you it was some sort of fraud. Today they took the more money off the card, around $14, and there was no explanation when I called. Then after being transferred they said it was a transaction for Apple WHICH THERE IS NO RECORD OF!!! They canceled the card and said they couldn’t do anything else so the rest of the money that was on the card they just kept. Not planning on issuing a new card or anything just said I have to fill out a fraud report and wait for an investigation which will take about 2 months. Absolutely a scam being ran by North Lane

It would be great if I didn’t have to stand in line for 2 hours to donate… IT WOULD BE EVEN BETTER IF YOUR STAFF WASN’T HARASSING AND THREATENING TO THROW PEOPLE OUT FOR SITTING DOWN B/C THEY ARE TIRED FROM STANDING IN LINE FOR 2 HOURS. Evil little troll woman patrols the lines and bothers people instead of doing anything useful.

Just started donating here and it’s been great so far. The employees have all been very friendly & helpful. The lines can sometimes be intimidating, but they move pretty quickly.

The line didn’t move for 50 minutes straight and the staff just stared at us without any update. I realize it may be out of your control but if you’re experiencing a problem, updating the people in line would help people decide if they’re wasting their time or not.

some of the staff shouldn’t even be there,they shorted me on payment,their lights don’t work 95% of the time,I feel bad for the only few good workers they have that deal with incompetent bosses. Would not recommend it to anyone!no matter how much I disliked them.

This place has become horrible with wait times to get in and donate. Just three weeks ago I was in and out in 90 mins. Today it was 3 hours!!! My sister goes at different times and it is just as bad. The new manager needs to get this place back to running smoothly again. Seriously ridiculous on the time it takes to go through the process/donate.

Well I just want to say that you’re always going to get bad feedback in good feedback no matter where you go you got good employees who work there and you got bad employees who work there when I first went to this place I didn’t like it because I had someone that was real rude this girl Stephanie ended up being real nice and every time I would go back she would always ask me how I was doing. She wanted to know what she could do to make my experience better she has compassion for her job and I am a hard stick and this morning she was able to stick me which is very hard to do
