This place should be more organized and have more friendly staff the management is not very good I seen someone sitting down in line because the line was so long to get to the back the manager told the guy you can not donate if you don’t stand up like what kind of management is that get some chairs for those who are in a line that’s long to or open up the bays needed to help people get to the back if it’s not a line when you walk in it’s a line to get in the back! They just think cause people need money or struggling to make ends meet they can treat them anyway they want like this is a jail or something.

I will never go to this location or anyone, for that matter. They have people with bed bugs come in and don’t care, mistreat people and see junkies everywhere. Don’t go, period. They don’t pay you enough for the disrespect and long wait hours out of your day. Also, don’t give out the new don’t fees when you’re a new donor and poor staff; please, I don’t recommend it. Bio Life3 is better to pay for sure, knowing they get up to 20,000 for each bottle we give or more, depending on the buyer.

Spent most of my birthday here cuz they pick and choose. They purposely just acts like you haven’t been here for a while knowing it takes only 2 hours not 3 or 4 or 5 hours worse place to be at honestly.. and they’ll cancel your appointment if you tell ‘em that you been waiting for more than two hours…

They make up there own rules here. Someone brought a kid to sit in the lobby and they were literally about to call the police on her because she asked to see the sign. This was after the FACT THAT SHE TECH TOLD HER IT WAS A SIGN. I’ve never seen lack of accountability so in you face.

On this day this company was eager to take my plasma. Absolutely didn’t mention the fact that they were having technical difficulties and weren’t going to be able to pay. I had to call and figure out why I wasn’t paid. Very misleading and kind of shady. Screw whatever bills I wanted to catch up on. Right?

I’ll never give my plasma here again. There’s other places that save lives using the same process. I’ve been coming here for over 5 years. Never had much of an issue with the staff until today. The phlebotomist stuck me wrong today and blamed it on me. Made me feel like I was an inconvenience the two times she came to adjust me. When I spoke with the manager about the issue, he gave me the most insincere apology and just smirked at me. The whole time just nodding and rolling his eyes. And when I called him out for it he said, “Oh it’s shame that you talked back because I’ll probably have to defer you”. Who does that? I use to love this place but this was completely unacceptable.

This place literally steals from people. I only weigh 130 lbs and as a result get paid much less than my 350 lb roommate. The reasoning for this is that because I weigh less I’m going to give less plasma. But pay close attention to the amount of plasma in the container when you get done. You’ll notice that the container is completely full, just as it would be for a much larger person. And you will not be compensated for being drained of way more plasma than they should have taken.

Most of the staff here are very nice and helpful! They have a smile on their face, greet you, ask about your day etc., a couple staff members though don’t look too happy to be there.

Today i was stuck several times, which normally wouldve been fine but the ones who stuck me were really rough once the needle was in. And when i expressed that i was running out of time, one of the young women just completely ignored me. I wont name names and I understand that this job is stressful and probably exhausting. It really wouldve helped me to know and hear what was happening with my veins, to be acknowledged when i was expressing concern, and to have the people inserting needles be a little more gentle. I have to donate right now but i shouldnt have to feel unsafe and ignored. Ive been here before with no issues. Please work on this.

The employees are rude as hell. I didn’t know couldn’t take cuff off when the plasma was done. They claim it gets played on a speaker ever 5 min. I will be going to Norman from now on
