Dion is great I would really prefer if only he stuck me due to it not hurting. The vital staff is trash. Their conversations are inappropriate and they act as if they don’t want to be there. On my first visit they were yelling across the floor about what was for lunch and why the management wasn’t buying them lunch. I stood in line and watch only 1 of the 3 women do vitals. The other 2 sat there until they were ready to call someone. Once on the floor my experience was better I was able to donate promptly and was paid. Overall the experience was fast but some of the staff needs training or overall to be let go. The management is great from what I saw. He was actively walking the floor and answering the phone .

This is my third review on this trash!!!! If you’re thinking about going, and told to see medical, if they send you to Carrie…WATCH OUT!!! She’s more interested in getting on the door floor herself than you are. Very unprofessional, rude, and lies. A lot!! The entire you’re in the office with her she’ll be on her phone or eating. The other times she’ll be late getting to work, which will cause donors to stand outside until she arrives. THEN she want to smoke a stinky cigarette before actually coming in. I’ve called corporate twice so far about her unprofessionalism but they don’t care. You’ve been warned: WATCH OUT!!!

Today’s experience at this location was friendly and pleasant not like previous reviews stated. Raven, Tory, Joseph, and Dion gave me great customer service and I am complimenting their good work. This is not the way a plasma center is supposed to operate. I still intend to donate but I’m definitely will be a new donor at this location. I have been here for over an hour ,and nothing has been completed. I see why the donors are frustrated and have attitudes.

I do reviews for plasma centers and my most recent location was CSL Plasma location Little Rock, Arkansas on May 9,2023. Overall not bad. I arrived at 5 pm and depated at 815. The staff was friendly but were understaffed. The pay was $100 but advertises $125. Out of the 3 plasma centers it comes in a distant 2 behind BPL Plasma.

Doesn’t make any since how they get paid all that money to not have but 10 machines working!!! Very long lines all the time!!!! Only 2 people in the back and they have open machines but not letting no1 come back !!! They need to close this place and hire people wanting to work !!! Im always late for work!!!
