Really disappointed. Called a day ahead. When I got there, the new manager said i was good to give even though i donated whole blood 3 days ago. This was at 9 am. He then said they wouldn’t have a nurse until 2 pm and asked me to come back. Only after waiting in town for over 5 hours was I told by the nurse that I couldn’t. They really need to be more professional.

I have been to every plasma place in Shreveport and CSL is by far the best. They are nice and professional. My phlebotomist FeeFee is awesome. All the staff is great tho. I have referred several people. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go anywhere else.
