There are a hand full of techs and intake personel that are extremely helpful and courteous at this location. You do have your few that behave loud and obnoxious at times. The one star review is for the continuous lack of staffing, the wait times are ridiculously long all the time. They also continually close early on Fridays, when you ask they answer with “idk why we’re closing early” it is extremely frustrating to take time out of your day to travel to the location only to find it is yet again randomly closed. I switched to TH plasma because of these same issues, decided to give CSL a shot again because it is closer to my home, truly disappointing how under staffed this location is.

I gave three Stars due to most of the technicians in there that do their job fine and that are OK. Theres maybe a couple in which they don’t know how to act they just know how to project their feelings. I went to TH in Fairlawn on a Friday and for some reason on Saturday and Sunday they weren’t picking up their phones but they were open so I decided to go to CSL because I received an email Monday morning about getting extra money for my first two donations so I came in there Monday everything was fine I come in Wednesday and something pops up on the computer. another girl Tall girl with big glasses big curly hair tied in the back came who was fairly tall, came to the computer screen and got very upset and her energy was extremely hyped up and her voice was high toned in a squeaky way because I went to another donation place and I didn’t tell them and she deferred me for seven days but she told me she’ll let me know when I could come in When she already told me seven days deferred that’s fine I asked her ,am I gonna lose the extra money she says yes but very nasty in a soft way “ smugg” that’s fine I just won’t go back till they give me new returning donor fees. I won’t get mad like she did or hyped up like her-I just walked out through my mask on the floor and that was it. These women in there or possibly in general just don’t know how to control themselves and their feelings right away they have to project it. they can’t talk or explain something without doing it in a mature calm way. It’s quite sad but most women have lowered themselves to that level and still want to talk or act like they’re smart or good or better when they’re not they just don’t know how to control themselves

The staff was about to not take me in for bringing in an insurance payment bill. An insurance bill with my name and address. Some guy came in and said it was good. The manager was walking CLOSE to my face. There was another girl donor who was frustrated with the staff and was asking for the managers name. No one wanted to give the manager’s name. I am frustrated and the staff are laughing. I been there waiting for three hours since 7:40 am. The nurse was throwing up, i was next in line, and the place closed down. That is crazy. The staff are racist, will discriminate spanish people. I cannot make this up.

Came here for the first time and SHAWN the intake guy was aggressive and extremely rude. Told me to calm down when I wasn’t even hyped up. I’ve gone to CSL in Florida years ago and they were very courteous and professional. This location needs to be investigated because they staff is horrible. I’ve read multiple reviews from unhappy donors. I will not be going back there and will do everything in my power to ensure SHAWN is fired.

Unfortunately, CSL Plasma located at Clifton is straight up rude. They seems to be extremely unfriendly, sees customers as just a resources and even yell at you for not a particular reason. I have been there multiple times and tried my best behavior, but that seems to makes them think that I am a easy target to project their own stress on me.

This place as well as the staff is beyond unprofessional, unethical and immoral !!!! My fiancé went to this establishment to donate blood and they told him his veins were too small. But the thing is they did nothing to try to find his veins!! They used a blood pressure cuff on him right before telling him this! As someone who is at my doctor regularly I know the procedure for drawing blood quite well. I’m no doctor or phlebotomist but isn’t a Tourniquet used ?! Once the tourniquet is placed on the arm they have you open and closed your fist to try to make any veins appear or MAKE AN ATTEMPT to tap your arm to make the veins pop out. None of this was done! Instead she asked him if he’d prefer to take $50 and never come back or hydrate and come back another time. My fiancé stated he’d be back another time. But of course the female staff member lied. She decided to still give him the $50 and bar him from coming back. Then when he got home and went to check the card, there was no money on it! They took him through the whole process of getting his fingerprints, personal information like social security number, etc. just to be treated like this!! Unbelievable! While I know and understand there is a right to refuse service, JUST BE HONEST ABOUT IT!

A friend told me about it and if we’rent for them or the video I wouldn’t of known how to successfully donate. Nobody told me I need to pump when it said draw. And stop when it said return. They were extremely rude and rough when connecting me. I’m bruised all up. The lady with dreads was so rude made me feel uncomfortable. Never again would I come back. It’s no wonder they have such low rating and other staff members arecomplaining how short staffed they are. Nobody wants to work there and it Shows
