All staff was very nice and professional. Especially the phlebotomists. A little lengthy but to be expected for the 1st time. I would be a little more comfortable if there would be less talking in the donor area. After all you are putting a needle in my vain, I would like a little more attention paid to me. All in all a pretty good experience.

Most of the staff are professional and nice. The last time went, I stood waiting for over 20 minutes while the only person working at the screening section had a long chat with her colleague and a male client. There was just me in line all that time and I eventually quietly walked out and deleted their app from my phone. It was uncomfortable and I won’t go back.

The CSL PLASMA ON Williams BLVD is taking a major Turn DownWards on okay this is more likely a precision and precise job iknow the lady that was sticking wire glasses and she didn’t have them ok now I get ready to start giving so the lady KISHA kept the blood pressure wrap on my arm on high and then stuck me with the needle my vain bursted from the pressure she took the needle out and told me that I was going to defferd until September 17th ill never ever let these people stick me ever again and I advise you not go there period they have other plasma places that’s a1

The men’s rest room could be a little cleaner sometimes, & the staff could have more of a sense on urgency when hooking up & dis charging donors. many times i’ve waited 30+ mins before/after donating simply because the staff were not prioritizing doing their jobs.

The staff is helpful and friendly. The beds are cleaned after every use. They change gloves between donors. The phlebotomists are gentle. There’s always a chance for bonuses. Drink plenty water. If you are new be prepared to be there a while if you have ink. Bring a hand squishy. I had to drop a star because of the pay scale , if you don’t go on the exact days they tell you to come back they drop your pay $15 Less which is kinda evil.

I went here to donate for the first time at this location but changed my mind . I watched for a minute and I did not like the way the receptionist was talking to the regular donors I assume , I could not get her name but she wore glasses and had burgundy dreads . she was very rude even if those donors were regular I did not think it was professional . Her attitude was very nasty , even if people couldn’t comprehend it did not warrant them being talked to in a nasty manner she even talks to the other employees ugly . Will be going elsewhere
