This is a decent place. Some of the employees are borderline rude. Very short and dry personalities. It may be because I come in closer to thier closing time. I get it, most of the employees have been there for a full shift. I get that they are ready to clock out of work and go on about their business. Well I too have just come from my 9 1/2 hour shift. I’m at work from 4:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and unfortunately, I have no choice but to come and donate for a little extra money. The last thing that I want to do after a long shift is to go donate plasma. I would much rather go home to my family. I’m sorry that I can only come in near closing time. I shouldn’t be made to feel like I’m inconveniencing the employees because of the time I have to come in. I don’t always feel that way, today I did. All that was asked of me once someone came over to hook me up was what’s my last 4 and my name. No have a good donation and let us know if you need anything. I was not thanked for donating. Other then that, the employees are pretty chill and silly. I do enjoy coming to this site. Keep up the good work.

I absolutely love this donation center! I’ve been to other places and I’ve been hurt and had veins blown. I’ve been at CSL for a little over a month now, not once have I been hurt. The staff always has a smile when they see me. I feel like they actually care about me here. If you want to donate and make a change, this is where to do it. They’re clean, nice and honestly the safest place I’ve ever donated.

So credit is deserved where it’s due. A few phlebotomists deserve recognition. Dede, Melissa, Sam, Janie, Jose, and Jackie. I have tricky veins and these individuals can get my veins with no issues. They are very patient, knowledgeable, and AWESOME accuracy when they stick. If you are new and want someone awesome, ask for one of them.

I drove 25 minutes to this place. I came in, got a dirty look from a staff member as if I shouldn’t be confused waiting, I saw and went into the “new donor” area put my name on a list and then an hour later of waiting for my name to get called I get asked by a male staff member “why are you here” I tell him I’m new and am on a list. Come to find out they stopped taking new donors an hour ago and I wasn’t actually on the list anyway it’s a list for manual donors (as if I knew that) . The floors and atmosphere is dirty, short staffed and rude. Be prepared for condescending staff and long lines.

I am absolutely blown away at how careless 90% of the staff is at CSL in Omaha. The screening process takes WAY longer than it has ever at any other donation center. The only good person there is this older guy named Josè. He’s the only one I’ve seen that is properly trained and didn’t mess you up when he sticks you. Also the lady Disconnecting people last night needs to calm down when pulling the needle out. Seriously looked like she was trying to hurt people on purpose. I’ve worked for a plasma center previously and this center needs SERIOUS HELP. The head Quality control needs to come in this building

Conveniently located off the number 4 bus line (90th and Maple) and pays the highest in town for the first 3 visits ($100 per visit).

I got right in and got “plugged in” quickly. People are always nice, especially Chris, Jose, and many more who’s names I forgot. I’m a platinum donor, and if I didn’t like it there, I would not have gone that much!

This center is always slow, unorganized and severely understaffed. More often than not, you’re going to wait an excessively long time. I think they purposely understaff the place to keep payroll down. They never have enough people working the donor floor.

156 donations here and almost always deal with great employees and service on the donating floor. Screening employees only get 3 stars from me. So 4 stars over all
