I had a really good experience, everyone was incredibly nice! I didn’t get to donate because my iron I think it was, was a little low, but I will be back soon and I definitely look forward to it. I was only deferred for a day, and the lady that was doing my finger prick was super nice about it. Not a single person there was rude or seemed like they hated their job, even the security was helpful and directed me where to go and how to work the computer. 10/10 experience

Was my very first time donating anything at 33 YO due to my fear of the needle. Sydney was super nice and helped me through the whole process of gettinghooked up, explained everything to me she was doing, she was wonderful. Made it through in 35 minutes. Everyone was super nice. Me and the nurse had a good chat and a few laughs.

Things usually go really well. The guy who did my first assessment made me uncomfortable and was demanding and kept grabbing me to move my arm, and he wasn’t gentle. Which shouldn’t be nessasary for a blood pressure take and a finger stick. He was heavier set with long black hair.

Terrible customer service and unbearable workers! Most are worried about looking good instead of handling business! They’ll often write down false notes about individuals! One stated that I cursed at a worker when I cursed amongst myself and that was the last straw! If that was case why not officially differ me in donating? The individual which was a lady deserved more than a few words as she was laughing at a personal situation as if it’s was comical but I was the bigger person and walked off as I said whatever amongst myself! I also took note that she was the same person who has differed me in two consecutive days with the same attitude! I don’t like pulling the racist but I wouldn’t be surprised on a bad day she’ll abuse her authority!

This place is horrible. Staff members treat people the worst and are very rude and unprofessional and constantly get away with it. A lot of them clearly have no people skills and shouldn’t be working with the general public. I’d rather Donate at Octapharma over CSL any day, at least there you get treated with some decency and respect.

I hope you like being molested and talked down to by male doctors during a physical. I was banned on my first visit because I have anxiety. I spent 2 hours to be called stupid by male doctor because my heart rate was 98 but it said it was 103

I love how you get more when you donate these days..I haven’t donated since 2007. But with my mother and my aunt both passing away within months of each other, I’ve been hurting for money. So I decided to go and try donating again… I had a bad experience the first visit! The man hooking me up to the machine bruised me so bad on BOTH arms, I have still yet to be able to donate again! I’m not happy, at all! If you can go to the other plasma center, do it!

Absolute joke go to retest and end up not being able to donate cause they spiked my pulse pulling everything out like they were gonna do everything from the start. I for sure won’t be returning to this location ever again

I called an hour before I could be there. to ask if they would take me as a new doner, the lady replied and told me what I needed to bring in and said as long as I show up before 3 they could take me in.(because I had to walk an hr to get there) I showed up at 2:15 and they refused me and said no even after I called to make sure I wouldn’t walk an hr for no reason. The staff are extremely rude and liars. I would recommend every other donation place in the city of Wichita, except for this one!
