I just started donating plasma. I like I’m contributing to the advancement of medicine! I’ve been to two plasma donor clinics and this is by far the worst!! It’s only because of one employee who seems to expect a certain respect that she does not deserve! I’ve been to CSL like 6 times and the two worst experiences have been as a result of the same person! Every other time has been enjoyable. It’s august 11th 2023 and at around noon I knew my experience was going to be bad because I had to go to her to get vitals her attitude was obvious even when I was polite.and asked how her day was going!! So I will not return to that location all because of her. I wish I remembered her name!! So good bye and night night!!

Idk if this is like every other location around, but this location is annoying as hell. They don’t tell anyone to shut up when they’re talking too loud or on their loud phone. There’s people either playing music, rapping out loud, having a conversation and it’s just rude to endure in the morning especially. Headphones exist, people. Not to mention the workers all have attitudes, and are loud as hell too. The workers are also slow, don’t pay attention when ppl are doing their last return and they wait around before fixing up beds for the ppl waiting 20 mins to half an hour for a bed. There’s always 1 or 2 nurses that are either on their phone, being loud, or lazy. So sick of coming here. Might as well just go to BioLife cause they pay more.

Long waits even if you get there early or if there’s little to no one in the lines. There’s no sense of urgency, almost all of the employees have horrible attitudes, and almost all of the employees cannot be understood as they talk so low and fast that you can tell how upset they are. They allow people to sing at full volume while waiting in line and donating. I keep to myself and choose to read when I donate, but haven’t even been able to do that. They are quick to tell some people to get off their phones, but some others that know people by name can talk on the phone or sing and dance and holler across the room. The last time I was there a woman got hit, choked, and slammed against a wall while the security guard just watched, then he decided to pull out his gun instead of doing anything else. My God this place is dangerous. I’m always so happy when I finally leave.

I have completes 6 donations this June (2023); it never ceases to amaze me how simple it is to fit the routine of giving plasma into my routines. I enjoy this center; it is easily accessible, and the workers get to know you and are great at their jobs. I will continue coming here as long as I can!!

One of the worst in Saint Louis very slow despite a lot of staff members. Will take like 2-3 hours even if you’re a returning donor really wish the company would do something about this location, there’s only one other location that’s miles away in another county. It’s as if they purposely built these inconvenient areas

On the app my Payout was wrong the 1st 2 times I donated so when it wasn’t right the 4th time I didn’t think anything about it because the last time I was there the tech told me my next payout would b $100 and it wasn’t. Management wouldn’t do anything about it either because they asked “well didn’t I look at the app?” Really??? I tried to explain it wasn’t correct before and he didn’t care. Not that I’m not grateful to have helped someone… The 3 hrs+.. drive and wait time… It’s not worth it unless it’s $100
